It's important to remember that the customer is always right and allow the customer to feel comfortable walking in the shopping mall and entering your store. If you feel that the customer is suspicious then have the police deal with it after the customer has done something wrong. Do not police upon yourself. My experience was average I did not feel comfortable walking through the whole store as I felt I had a Handler watching me and following me throughout the department.
