AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a bag yesterday, I was so happy and excited that I found what I wanted. BUT when I came back home after shopping, checked a bag and it wasnât that one that I chose and bought! I called to the store immediately to let them know about that, they just told me âif you want, you can come back to change itâ. Seriously? I live in one hour of driving from the store and had to go back there again and waste my time because of terrible work of employees of Marc Jacobs store in Aventura mall? So when I came to the store with my âwrong bagâ, the shop assistants were rude. The girl who sold me the bag was hiding and ignoring me (her name is Sigrid, by the way). So I was assisting by Spanish guy (the most impolite assistant that I see in boutiques whenever) and one dark skin guy, unfortunately, I donât know their names. No discounts, no bonuses as for an apology. Instead of that only rudeness, rolling eyes and all this unpleasant and unprofessional stuff to my side. And they gave me my bag on the third try with a phrase âitâs only your responsibility to check your bag after buying thatâ. And when I was checking my âcorrect bagâ in a bag, they told me to leave checkout. Seriously? I was doing âmy responsibilitiesâ as you told, common Whatâs wrong with you guys?

He said the code on my student beans app. Ok I went in and picked out the bag I wanted went to the register and showed her my student beans app with my code and the girl who works there tells me I need my student ID for proof. Keep in mind IF I was not a student , I would NOT be able to recieve or have a code on my APP. Anyway I said ok. I had to walk ALL the way back to my car in the parking lot while carrying my 20 lb baby in my arm just to get my student ID. Then when I came back with the student ID and went back to pay for my purse. The employee said I did not need the student ID card, just the code on my student beans app. So that was it, I got my purse just with the CODE. One of the female sales associate kept following me around the store and would make comments on every single item I picked up to look at even when I kept telling her that Iâm good and if I had any questions I will come to her, but she continued to harass me And made comments on every single thing I would touch. Then to make matters worse after telling her again that I didnât need any help at the moment I went to look at some bracelets and then the manager who is either Hispanic or Asian male at the time decided to grab the bracelets out of my hand and place them down.
