Today i visited the Avon warehouse sale store and was helped by an energetic very smart young man with a tremendous memory i came in over a month ago wearing mask for covid just killing time while my girlfriend was next door i was just kicking tires or window shopping and a young man by the name of Landon answered every question helped me find colors of shoes talked to me ran around for me he really went above and beyond then i realized she had my card next door and it was too late to get it check out and so forth i left and just forgot about this matter then today over a month later i walked in and this young man remembered me what shoes i liked literally did what he did last time and more and went above and beyond for me again and my girlfriend this dude is a go getter and in my opinion the single best csr i ever met in my 40 years of life i have literally never gave a care enough to write a review good bad or indifferent but seriously he did so much for me i figure this is the very least i can do for him i told his boss she told me to do this i said he needs a raise he is definitely the man so between me and my girl we spent 6 to 700 bucks on shoes hoodies socks hats gloves man i bought everything I needed and lots that i didnt it was definitely not just the prices that drove me i today because at first i was actually upset when I first arrived not finding anything like I had seen the month before til Landon came out the back and i was like hey i was here a while back looking for airmax he said the blue and red ones I remember i was amazed by this kid and i just wanted to let you know this dude is an asset to your company and needs to be recognized as one u got a very pleased customer today it is all from Landon in the avon...

Read moreWorst customer service. The company needs to get it together. If I order online for pick up in store, then at pick up realize the sliding shorts do not have padding so need to return. But I can't return the item because it takes 1 to an infinite amount of time for it to pull up in the system.
So I have to come at another time to do the return.
So I have to make 2 trips to a place I didn't want to come to in the first place.
So to tell me I have to make a second trip to your store. To do a return is ridiculous.
