This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Took the family out. The worst of the worst! Ordered my favorite seafood pablano, for the first time my husband ordered the shrimp soup. It's LENT Friday. Been waiting over an hour for our food...then finally our dinner came out but one at a time with a 20 minutes gapped, then on top of that, my food had a long black hair. The waiter took it right away. But really, YOU just got the hair out of it and gave it back to me...oh yes the plate was hot but the dish was cold. My husband told me I better eat the food because I was the one who wanted to go there,LOL😆but yes honey, you have to eat half. Then finally his shrimp soup came out, with some little shrimps and a lot of vegetables. It was so bland, taste like water down tomato base with lemon, thrown with a bunch of vegetables and small shrimps. Oh wait, I forgot a doctor and his Girlfriend came in 30 minutes after we did, 20 minutes later, they were served and got their food already...🤨and she ordered a shrimp cocktail and she had jumbo shrimps....LMAO...people who comes regular sees what I see. It's ok, this will be the last time I will take my family or anyone else to Nuestro restaurant. I guess you could say my children ate their chicken nuggets and fries.😆Just an advice, making a bowl of shrimp soup doesnt take over 1 hour to make. Slowly and surely all your customers will see for what the restaurant is all about. The only thing that I am sorry about was my husband had the disappointed looked and also tipped the waitress $3 for a $60 bill, because I know it's the Management fault and not hers. Even though its pricey, I dont mind paying for good quality food and this is not worth a penny! But NEVER AGAIN...SUERTE...

I went here for the first time last night with my son, i’m kind of on a mission to try more restaurants and get myself “out of the box” and get out more often. The ONLY reason for the 4 star review is the temperature inside that place OMG sooooo hot, like boob sweat hot LOL!!! And no it wasn’t just me people were taking the off their shirts down to their undershirts. I’m thinking wow those poor servers they must be freakin hating it!! Ok i’ll stop bitching about that and get to the really delicious food!! Sorry i only got a pic of mine cuz my son was starving and just literally inhaled his Enchilada Trio and this is my oldest son he is PICKY!! Like meat and potatoes picky...and he LOVED this dish. I got the Chile Ecuerado with chicken mmmmm btw do not even be concerned with calories if you order this dish if you are just avoid it..but everything in moderation people. So flavorful, when it comes to you it’s completely unassuming but once you take that first bite it’s like a stuffed chile with creamy, cheesy crack sauce all over it!! I didn’t think i’d like the rice that came with it but wow it was super yummy especially when you scoop it up with that sauce and chile! Service was fine nice guys,,i had a fresh watermelon margarita, a regular margarita and a pomegranate margarita...ok ok and no i wasn’t drunk they weren’t that strong tasty but i do wish they had more of a kick for close to $10 each! Chips and salsa was good too. Even the iced tea was good. I really really hope they get the cooling situation fixed before summer so i can go back and try more...

If I could give this place NO STARS I would! I came here to have lunch with my coworkers I had a gut feeling not to come here but they hyped this place so much and said that this place had the best Chile verde burritos so that’s what I ordered! The waiter Patricia was rude from the very beginning we questioned if we should even eat there. The chips and salsa was horrible chips were super stale and dry! So then once I received my meal it looked okay so I began to eat and chocked on one of those silver wire scrubs that you clean dishes with! That’s not the first time that that has happen to someone from what the lady said & she said I’ll try to see if they can be more careful LIKE LADY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I will be contacting the local health department and a lawyer because out of my whole entire life I have never had something like that in my food! & to be rolled up deep in the burrito is insane! BEWARE AND DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A WIRE PIECE OF A SCRUB IN YOUR FOOD! I THROUGH UP AND WAS SICK FOR 24hrs after eating here! I have food poisoning! Now it’s hard for me to eat anything because I have ptsd from having something sharp...
