I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in search of a full size bed, and I thought I had found one. Fabian sold it to me, I left a deposit, and I told him I’d be back for it on December 1st. On that day I called him to confirm that I’d be picking it up, and over the phone he was trying to convince me to buy another bed. That was the first red flag. So I went to them the next day and it turns out he made a mistake, the bed was a queen, not a full. No biggie, we’re all humans we make mistakes. So I picked out another bed, it was a full. The next day I went to pick it up, I got home, opened the box, they had sold me the wrong bed. Again. So I go to them the next day, for the third time, and I spoke to Octavio and told him my situation. He said yes, I could bring back the bed and get the one I wanted. I asked him to please make sure he had my bed, as I’m a smaller girl without a truck, so moving things is a big struggle for me. He again assured me that I would be getting my bed. So later that same day I had to rent a U-haul, since, again, I don’t have a truck, and took the bed back. It turns out the second bed that I wanted had already been sold. Octavio did not want to give me a refund, he wanted me to come back a fourth time the next day for something that was their mistake, not mine. Luckily another younger guy who worked there (I wish I had asked for his name) had some compassion and he kindly gave me a refund, even though Octavio insisted that I had to do go back when Fabian (the one who caused this huge mess in the first place) was there. Octavio did not want to take responsibility for the fact that he promised me I’d be getting my bed that day.
This was my first time purchasing large furniture and it was a big headache. It should not have been this complicated...

You are lucky I did not go in with her when you told her “we don’t have the bed set you want” then she proceeded to ask for her refund then you told her “it’s okay we have a lot of people wanting our furniture anyway” my husband had to step in and tell you to give her the refund! To an older woman that was patient and did not deserve this situation! DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP UGLY FURNITURE WAY OVER PRICED WHEN THEY GET IT FOR NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT THEY PRICE IT FOR. GO AHEAD AND REPLY RUDLY TO MY REVIEW. BAD BUSINESS!!! TOO CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE CUSTOMERS....
Read moreBought a mattress in March..by 2 weeks the mattress had already had indentation and I had to go and buy a mattress pillow to make it comfortable...now the indentation is worse..it took more than 2 weeks to get the bad mattress and now I have to put blankets on the indentation so I'm not sitting in a hole..Sorry but this is the worst piece of furniture I ever bought..never again..BECAUSE THEY DONT REFUND..THANKS FOR THE ROTTEN MATTRESS..and charged 40.00 to deliver ..I would never tell anyone to go there to...
