Subway — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Went in on 11/3/17 and had horrible customer service. I usually always go to this subway but today the two people that I usually never see were goofing around, complaining saying there tired, giving customers weird answers and not even paying attention to me on my order. The first one that started my meal by asking what kind of bread was super nice and on it, including the cashier girl. I work the graveyard shifts and the three times I’ve been here to order a sandwich, the woman says they’re closed but it’s 24 hour service. I was walking away and I turned around to ask for the managers name because i thought it was very weird and the rookie there was swinging a little happy dance that I was leaving. The woman got angry and said “exactly what I said, were closed!” I felt disrespected and I promise I will not return to this Valero Subway on Union avenue. They don’t wash their hands either after handling cash....

There is actually two reviews for this 24 hr. Eatery. First, my initial experience was great, the two ladies (latina women) prepared the best subway sandwich in this cow poke town. They paid attention to the details with the creation of this spicy Italian subway sandwich. They ran this operation as if they owned it. In contrast, we went a second time, just a single server on this occasion. Not the same experience. The quality wasn't our reality. Next time we will look before we leap.
