Purchased a new bedroom set. Told the sales lady (young mexican girl who was new) that I was looking for a King Size bedroom set. She showed me a couple of options, and chose the one we liked. Scheduled it for delivery. All is hunky dory.
The day before it was to be delivered, we get a confirmation call for the delivery and was advised that this was going to be for a Cal King bedroom set. I told them, I needed a regular king size frame for the bed. At this time, was told that they don't have it in standard king. I said, well I will just cancel my order and asked for a refund. She says, let me have a manager call you back.
So the manager calls me back and says, well he will throw in a Cal King mattress for free! So I agreed and took the bed. I appreciated the customer service and his willingness to make things right.
So, a few weeks later, I was looking for a bedroom set for my daughter and they just happened to be having a Memorial Day sale on a queen size bed frame. At the time of sale, I was advise that this frame does not require a box spring and so we just purchased the mattress from them.
While there, I also ordered a cute chest for my bedroom and was told that the queen bed and chest would be delivered on June 11th. So on June 11th, my daughter's bed set comes with the mattress, but it required a box spring! If they had just been honest and told me I needed one at the time of buying the bed, I would have got it when I bought the mattress from them. I was also annoyed that my chest wasn't delivered. So once again, I called and let them know my dissatisfaction, and once again the manager does his best to make things right. He had a box spring delivered the next day!
As for the chest, it is June 27th and I still have not received my chest. I am NOT holding this against them, because I know there are delays everywhere. All in all, I feel like the sales staff just needed more training about their products, so the manager didn't have to fix their mistakes.
