I have walked into the store to either purchase things for myself or for my organization’s wellness program and neither time has been stellar. I’m never greeted when I walk and I’m never offered any assistance. Earlier in the week I received a VIP invitation to shop an hour before the store opened (8a-9a). When I entered at 8:10-8:15 I didn’t feel like a VIP I just felt like someone was taking up space.

Fedex has it on delay and lost on transit, so i called Lululemon store at Harbor, Baltimore, the floor manager who refused to give me her name, says she is new there and told me to call lululemon instead, not the purchasing store. Lululemon in the other hand says they can’t track it because its not a online purchase. So i called the store again and i got the same response. Let me also say that great service is a sure way to get customers to spend money with you. Thank you ladies for making my shopping experience a great part of my morning.
