I cannot say enough good things about this Sephora. I visited a few weeks ago to do a trial run of my wedding makeup with a beauty advisor. Shannia was so kind and did an incredible job on my makeup. After we realized she wouldn't be available on my wedding day, she recommended one of her colleagues and cataloged every product & shade we used during the trial run to ease the process on the big day.
The morning of my May 26 wedding, the manager Brody gave me a call to confirm the time and beauty advisor. When I arrived for my appointment, the artist Teashera was already set up thanks to the list of products Shannia put together after the trial run. Teashera was funny, kind, and communicated each step of the process to make sure I liked the look. She also gave me tips and tricks about makeup application along the way. When she was done, not only did I love the way I look, but I loved the way I felt. Not only did he explain every single step and explained why he was doing it he was excited to answer every question I had. In the midst of it all JR Smith walks thru the door to pick up whatever and I'm star struck. When Gio found out I wanted a picture with him he immediately paused the session, he contacted his supervisor to see if it was ok for me to walkup w a half face of makeup to take a picture. (Mind you he did a few extra touch ups before hand) I can go on and on and on about my experience that day. But sephora you did yourself a great deal by hiring this person here. This was an experience I'll never forget and it made me like your products even more. If yall fire him I'll personally seek him out and catch 2 buses n 3 trains to get to him. Thank you again Gio.    Read moreI used to enjoy shopping here as it is less crowded than the one in Towson but lately the service has been disappointing. It only took one employee to ruin the whole experience, I'm surprised to not hear anything about him. He showed no customer service skills (despite saying he worked at Morphe) and was rude to all of the customers in line. I've seen him twice in Sephora and both times he was just as awful. He was condescending and ignorant towards customers. I'm not sure why he's an employee here when other workers there were great. Maybe he lied during his interview about having customer service skills. Or maybe he has no basic manners. If so, please remind him that there are many other jobs no requiring face-to-face interaction. Just in case if this review gets read... He is quite tall with somewhat blonde hair and wears bold eyeshadow (the 2016 makeup trend). Avoid him and have another Sephora...
