RUN!! Do not even think about going to this place! I was a first time customer, in town for work travel staying at the Courtyard Marriott Mchenry Row and was initially so thrilled there was a nail salon in walking distance to my hotel. I asked for a powder dip French manicure and a regular polish pedicure, and made sure they were aware I only had 2 hours to get this done, because I had to go to the airport to pick up a colleague. I called in advance, made the appointment and spoke to the owner who scheduled me just that. She said no problem. I arrived on time, the nail tech didn’t even introduce herself, or ask me my name for that matter. I asked for a French Powder dip manicure and she used DARK PINK for the base! I asked if that was the normal pink shade for French because it looked much pinker than I remember every other time I got my nails done. She pretended not to understand English and ignored me. Meanwhile, throughout the course of her doing my nails, the owner, and some other nail tech that worked there kept stopping by to observe my nail tech’s progress and proficiency it seemed. They of course were speaking Vietnamese so I had no clue what they were arguing about. My nails looked like Barbie Pink fake plastic uneven, embarrassing result that took 2 hours and 15 minutes and charged me full price. I will need to get my nails redone asap and pay my normal nail tech at home to fix this mess. Don’t give this establishment your business or your money. They have zero integrity and do shoddy work. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down. Give your business to someone that earns it and appreciates it, and there are plenty of other nail salons to go to. I took a picture so you could see how bad their...

I never leave reviews but very concerned after coming here. This was my first time here and thought it would be ok considering other reviews.

I received dip polish from here and was extremely shocked by both the service and sanitation standards. I left with solid dip all over my fingers, under ALL of my finger nails, and with half the nails not filled in all the way. The women did an extremely rushed job and dipped multiple fingers at once. She then tried to rip the excess dip off of my skin with extremely dirty cuticle clippers and cut me in multiple spots. She tried to drill off my cuticles after she had already done the dip, which left my nails looking grown out and also cut me in one spot. I had to tell her to stop.

I have a green nail from a bruise that is healing. After she had already put my fingers in and finished the polish, she asked me if it was fungus. She didn't care and had put what she thought was fungus into the SHARED dip powder. I am only sharing because I now have bumps on almost all of my fingers around my nails which is a sign of infection. I am genuinely shocked at how bad my service was and recommend you advocate for yourself if you choose to go here. I need to get it removed due to risk of infection now and will be asking for a refund.

Edit: I went back to the shop twice and they were quite rude both times. They said they did not run this google page and that no one at the store had responded to me (not sure who responded to this then). They refused to give me a refund because they said I should have let them fix my nails. Not sure why they think I would return when I had such a bad experience...

I liked this place at first because of the nice ladies and one young man who were very friendly and did a nice job. This is why the review is 3 stars. Recently though, I have been getting other ladies to do the nails - they were awful, very rude and court, and did a poor job on the nails. I asked the lady when she was doing the gel whether she was going to cut the cuticle, when I saw she was not doing it, and she said I don't have much to cut... I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and cuticle is always cut so the nails looks neater... There is always a lot, and this time, my nails were not done in a month, so there was definitely something to cut. She rolled her eyes on everything I asked like a nail color, or when she cut the skin (which I swear I told about very nicely). I smiled at her the whole time, and she kept giving me dirty looks. She really ruined my mood that day. I want to repeat that many of the other ladies (especially older ones) and the young man that work there are very nice and helpful. I am not coming back though because I don't want to be helped by either one of the last 2 ladies I...

So not only did my nails not match the color I picked but they aren’t the shape I wanted. Also they DRILLED my cuticles. I don’t really get my nails done but I’m pretty confident that’s not supposed to happen. Also I don’t know If this is normal but my nails are THICK like she didn’t file them down. Also when checking out my friend was paying for me but based off of the price we thought it was for the both us already so we didn’t think to add that she was also paying for me. But after we payed (only for hers) she looked at me and said “okay your total is $60” and I was like “oh we are paying together” and she gave us the BIGGEST eye roll and said “say that next time” in a tone that no one who works with customers should give. Also not to mention she was laughing to other coworkers about my friends hands and “how long her fingers were” and we only understood what she was saying because in English she said to my friends face while giggling “your fingers are so long”. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to do to any client especially in front of them.

I got a nail design that did not last 24hrs. I went back the next day to have the rhinestones replaced and they still fell off within 3 days of getting my nails done. I told the technician she was not using enough glue and she did not listen. I also asked for coffin shape and she told me my nails would break if she did that shape and gave me square round nails. I likely won’t go back because I feel like I lost money on the design that fell off before the weekend was over and I do not like the shape at all. The fact that I had to go back and my design still fell off was disappointing. I get my nails done the same way and the rhinestone have never fallen off in hours, let alone a few days. You can see the leftover glue. It’s very tacky and I want to get them redone but again it’s only been 3 days! Not paying someone else to fix this.
