THB Bagelry & Deli of Locust Point — Restaurant in Baltimore

Let me start by saying that I love THB, and have for many, many years. I have frequented the Towson location for at least 15-20 years. I work in McHenry Row, and when I saw they were coming to the area I was very excited. Unfortunately, this location has failed me on multiple occasions over the last few weeks. So much so, that I will never eat there again. Couple weeks ago a few of us at work decided to get breakfast there. We saw the new Jimmy's menu so we got some of the breakfast crabby sandwiches on bagels. Our entire order was given to us UNCOOKED!! It was literally the most disgusting breakfast I ever attempted to eat. 90% of our meals were thrown in the trash and two of us were violently sick for days to come. Did I say how much I loved bagels? Just this morning I tried to give them another shot. Figured I'd keep it simple. Home fries with onions and a bagel with cream cheese toasted. What did I get? Home fries with NO onions and again, my bagel was NOT toasted. Just horrendous. So sad, my days of THB are over😥😥😥

I’ve found this place right when I moved to Baltimore last year and fell in love. They got real bagels, the food is so delicious, and the drinks are just as good. But idk who be working there but somebody is lacking. Some days it’s to die for and like today it was not good couldn’t even finish it. Got home fries today and the onions were raw I think maybe they touch the stove for less than a minute and lacked seasoning some of the potatoes were hard and weird. But three days ago omg they were the most delicious thing my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I was taking the onions and straight up eating them they were that good and perfectly seasoned. My breakfast sandwich wasn’t even good today the egg was watery for some reason. I have a joke in my home now that we got the good chef today if the food was good. I recommend this place but they gotta work on consistency cause I really was let down today I was so hyped to get my food just to turn out a disappointment. I ordered a everything Bagel with butter this morning! The bagel was $1.49! The total oder was $3.13! Seems like it's priced a little high for butter but what the heck! That bagel was chewy with a really nice crust that made my brain wake up and do a happy dance! The bagel had everything covering top and bottom.

The guy who fixed the bagel was a mistro of culinary delight! The bagel was toast perfectly an the bagel had just the right amount of butter that every part of that bagel was covered and it had made it's way into the deep crevasse of that bagel! It was toasted to perfection without being burnt or hard to chew..

This rating of a 5 is too low. It should be a 10! Also the manager ask how I was doing and when I told him I didn't like the self order he ordered my order himself.. Very friendly manager and it shows in the staffing of the location! 10 stars.. Normally I would have taken a picture. But it was so good I couldn't stop eating it..
