I shared a review on there Facebook and instantly got blocked. For telling about my experience which I have a receipt and a voicemail of to prove (love how u all treat customers wow not) basically I order a boot and paid to which they told me they ordered it and told me it would be in that Friday. Come that Friday no boot I didn't care nor worry figure it would be Monday or Tuesday no biggie, so come Tuesday I went up there they said they ordered it and it should be in any day now. Come that Friday I checked again still no boot, wow but moving on I went in a few more times and called still no boot with the same story, we ordered it should be any day now. Two weeks from when the boot was originally supposed to be at the story they decided to call me and say they tried to order the boot that morning like two and half weeks later from when I paid for the boot (really DD really) that's how they treat a good paying customer and the messages went on to say they couldn't get the boot until November which was like two months from the day I order it (crazy right) so I said I'll just take my money back. Got my money and order the boot online from another store got it in two days. Huntington mall d&d is horrendous customer service. And I wouldn't even be making this comment if they didn't band me from there Facebook page for posting on a picture of the boot I tried to order giving my experience. Some of the staff was helpful. But overall, I’ve had a bad experience with this store. They did not have my size in store, so they said they would order it, and call me when the boots came in. Two weeks later, I haven’t received a phone call, so I called them. The manager said he’ll refund me, and week went by and still no return. I had to go to the store in person, at least to get a receipt for the refund. Which he could not provide, but assured me that I would get a refund.

I paid for a pair of Thorogoods on 11/23, it’s now 12/18. I’m still waiting for my $226.84 refund. I ended up buying a pair of Thorogoods for about $190 at Bridgeport Equipment in Gallipolis.

Yesterday i was shopping along with my sister the lady ask for the owner to help another customer in the store an said out loud help them find something they can afford ! I made a purchase an paid with cash the older man said you can return an get cash back if done in 7 day I returned the item this morning AND I WILL NOT SHOP AT ANY OF THERE STORES ! I was treated rudely an told it’s 2018 no one uses cash nowadays !! I didn’t get my money it takes five to seven days for the check in the mail...
