Good selection, but my spouse, my friend, and I felt as though the person running the shop that day treated us very coldly. We felt like we were interrupting something and that she felt we were suspicious characters. She either followed us too closely or disappeared entirely.

She rushed us and turned her nose up when we examined items. When I inquired about something specific, she implied that I didn't know what I was doing, but she lacked basic knowledge of the simpler inventory pieces.

I don't know if she's still there, but we haven't been back and won't be back unless we see reviews that say the atmosphere has become welcoming and the staff appears to be knowledgeable. Until then, I'm rather left with the impression that this store is a collection of items being sold due to the metaphysical popularity bandwagon and not a niche store catering to the curious and knowledgeable.

Instead of accusing all the negative reviews as fake, why not address this issues? I was there also and the review below is very accurate. This was an awful experience. I witnessed the verbal attack on the customer. The man behind counter was snippy and the woman actually called the customer a jerk as she followed him out the door. The customer did and said nothing to provoke as he was just browsing. It was very unprofessional. This cute town needs welcoming and friendly shops. Very disappointed.

Update:Legal channels for an honest review? Please do. This response continues to show the attitude of the shop owners. Sadly, this proves my point. If you want to continue with treating customers this way that is your choice but don’t try to deny it because you don’t like what is being said. I’m just disappointed this charming town has these types of businesses....

Owner is literally insane i had a mask but was made to do a candle test?
