IF YOU ARE BLACK OR A POC, STAY AWAY!
This past weekend, my partner hosted his bday at a fantastic cabin in Berkeley Springs. A part of the celebration was to spend time in the town’s quaint little community, to shop, eat, etc. On Saturday, 01/28, around 1:30-2 pm, five of us walked into the shop. The shop, though small, was rather busy. The shop attendee (unsure if she was the owner or not) did not greet us at first, which was cool. In hindsight, I wish she hadn’t greeted us because when she did the disgusting things she said immediately ruined our experience. Her greeting from behind the counter, verbatim, was, I know you all are all together. You all have the same skin color. She then placed her hands on my friend’s cheeks, patted them, and said to him, You know what I mean, right? Out of anger and frustration, I left the store, and my friends followed as we collected ourselves from her blatant lack of decorum or respect. She follows us out of the shop. She then asked, did she offend us, and I replied yes. Instead of asking why we took offense or even allowing me to explain, she told us that she had just led the BLM protest in her community as if this gave her a past for her racist behavior. After this, me unable to get a word in edgewise, she asked us if we would accept her apology. I spoke for everyone when I said NO. She, in turn, says, I tried and returned to the store. Moments later, the rest of our party, who wasn’t in the shop with us when this all occurred, explained to us that this same woman had come out of the shop and tried to apologize to them, assuming, I guess, that we were all together.
Do not, I repeat do not patronize this shop!
The verbal assault on us was uncalled and...
Read moreAfter seeing every specialist in Hagerstown, my husband was informed about Lorraine and Panhandle CBD products. He was a custodian for over 40 years and his body has taken quite the beating! He suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, tarsal tunnel in both feet, herniated and bulging disc in his back, severe spinal stenosis, neuropathy and the list goes on! The drs have tried everything to control his pain with very little success. We now use several of Panhandle CBD products to keep him comfortable and improve the quality of his life and ability to function on a daily basis. He uses the oil on his feet, the lotion on his shoulders, back, hips, and knees, he takes a daily gel capsule with curcumin to help with his joint pain and inflammation and loves the hard candy that gives him almost immediate relief from his pain flair ups. Thanks to Lorraine and her amazing and informative office staff and these products my husband has gained the ability to enjoy life with his family and even do some small trips! We are thrilled to have Panhandle CBD products in our home and we don’t have to worry about the horrible side effects and addiction that so many of the prescription drugs have to offer. Thank...
Read moreI’ve been using these products for almost a year now and I couldn’t go a day without them. The ladies there in the office have been absolutely fantastic every time I’ve stopped in. Back in July, I took my mother to the shop while she was in town for the weekend and I was able to get one of their new pain sticks while I was there. Last week, I had a massive surgery on my leg and the pain medication just wasn’t cutting it at all. I tried out this pain stick around my incision where I was having some of my pain to see if it would help. It didn’t quite take all the pain (what can after having your bones sawed in half?) away but it sure did take the edge off and it made me much more comfortable for several hours. I swear by this stuff and I will continue to use it everyday with the tincture, gel caps, candy and now...
