Worst customer service experience EVER. Went, at 10am, into the local store to do an exchange for an online purchase (made less than a week ago, items still in original shipping package). Should have been simple enough as I LITERALLY wanted to change out item for item in a different size. Was twice redirected to a register (sales people had no idea where an open register was) and when attempting to explain to gentleman on the register that "this should be an even exchange" and I had returned items to a store associate earlier and moved on to pick out the replacements he proceeded to YELL at me, rudely (and incorrectly) telling me an exchange cancelled the original transaction effectively RETURNING IT, puts the money back on the card charged so I can then purchase what I'm buying.The original associate that helped me then appears and confirms what I'm telling him so he yells at her to "go get me the receipt". By this time there's a line, he's fussing about it being his day off and not supposed to be here... that he's supposed to be doing fittings ONLY and can't do everything... I am at this point refusing the charge and the 1st associate is bringing the receipt. I hold out my hand so I can just go but the cashier snatches it, looks it over and proceeds to berate his coworker about "this isn't a transaction! This is a suspended transaction. You haven't done anything! This is ridiculous". He NEVER apologized, didn't even make eye contact with me again. He simply reinstated the suspended transaction and rang up the items I had chosen, handing me the bag with the new receipt. If you have a choice SKIP THIS STORE!!!! This experience combined with the diminished quality of product has fair well guaranteed I won't be returning as a VS customer. There's waaaayyy too many other options for me to spend my hard earned money on sexy, sassy underwear with a company that recognizes what professionalism is, how to enact it and that the CUSTOMER is...

I was a manager at VS for ten years, and I probably would've fired everyone working there today. One of the young ladies, who looked like she just rolled out of bed, acted like I was annoying her when I asked to see a racerback. She said they don't make it anymore but didn't even offer to show me what else they had. Then I asked a manager for a racerback, and she sent me back to the same girl who didn't want to be bothered. She took me to the racerbacks, opened the 32B drawer, and left. I'm definitely not a 32B, so I opened the 36DD, and it was empty. I then decided to check out with the items that I found, and there was a line and no associate in sight, no cashier, no one on the sales floor. A customer walked the store to find someone, I was calling the store when the associate who was not into working today walked up acting surprised, and instead of jumping on the register or acknowledging the customers standing there waiting in line, she questioned "where is XY and Z?" She then lied to me when I asked if she had a particular bra in the back. "Stating if it's not out, we dont have it." I was a part of the Merchandise Flow implementation....so I know there is backstock. Do better...
Read moreThey were having a 50% off sale, so we found some super cute clothes and sets. At the checkout, the lady, Aneesa, grabbed my shorts and pointed out that it was supposed to be a 2 piece set, but the top was missing. I explained to her that it was in their discount bin and the top was not with the shorts. She just looked at me. I said, “So I just can’t buy it at all? Can you ring up any other shorts?” She told me to go find some. After I left the counter she said in front of other customers, “Does she want me to just make up a price?” My friend asked her what her name was and she then asked if we had a problem. She wouldn’t give us her name. We asked another employee for the manager and they explained that Aneesa, the employee that was rude to us, was the manager. Her attitude throughout our whole visit, even in the dressing room, was terrible. And to be the manager and have a terrible attitude like that is just insane. Her customer service was non existent, AND she was the manager. This experience just makes me want to avoid Victoria’s Secret all together. Why would they promote someone with an attitude like this?
