Love the designs but oh boy! Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this company. I don't know what happened to them. I had such a great experience with my past orders.

Recently I returned an item because it arrived broken, and it's been a month waiting for a replacement. When I called today they said it is back ordered until July next year (Its Nov now). They just never bothered to tell me; so if I hadn't called for an update I would never have known (their website status updates are worthless). As I type this, I am 20 minutes into the agent trying to figure out how to refund my money.....oh wait I hear something... nope just telling me I am going to the elevator music room... ...after ~40 min I'm told to look for a refund in 3-7 business days (one can only hope that is true... we'll see).

Also, if you buy a big item never buy it online. After paying $200 for shipping (yes because in the days of Amazon Prime I was dumb enough to pay for shipping) you still have to schedule delivery by CALLING!! some other number (is this 1985?!!). So you are looking about a month to get your item. Oh, and by the way that item can't be returned it is not monogramed or personalized it just happen to be a final sale item.... (which I was never told it was when I ordered so watch out for those sales they promote).

Bottom line I shall still clear of this outpost... and you, kind reader, have...

I WILL NEVER EVER BE SHOPPING AT Pottery Barn again!!!!!! I have had the worst experience you could imagine with an online order, that I purchased almost 2 months ago now. I decorated my newborns room around this piece of furniture. When my delivery day came, it was the wrong piece of furniture and then to find out that they no longer had the item in stock. It was no communication at all about this after I purchased. And when speaking to customer service, they had no empathy, very rude, and no explanation on what happened to my furniture, just was quick to refund me my money and get off the phone.

Pottery Barn having a brand name of their magnitude, is unacceptable to have very bad customer service and communication with their warehouse, delivery company. This whole experience was UNBELIEVABLE, VERY DISAPPOINTING, and DISPLEASED with how they conduct business. WILL NEVER, EVER, BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! And will make sure I warn...
