In June 2022 My Beautiful Mom died which broke My Heart into a million pieces. My Mom absolutely loved The color Lilac. I had called around Bay City trying to Purple Roses💜💜 for Mom's Funeral. Regent Floral was the only place that had Purple Roses or was willing to get them for me. I had such a hard time fighting tears trying order them. The person I spoke with was so understanding,kind & patient with Me I was blown away how Beautiful the Purple Roses were. I took them home from My Mom's Funeral & they lasted days after the Funeral. We have ordered Two Purple & Two White Roses to take to My Mom & Dad's side by side Grave this Saturday. I know they will be Beautiful. I will be moving within the next year & I plan to get some plants for My new Apartment & I won't go anywhere else. I Highly recom this Florist Shop .

Super easy to order online or in-store and always ready on the day and time requested. Brandon and his staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most recently ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day and they still look amazing over a week later!

While the flowers are beautiful, the customer service is 100%. I found this florist online so I could send flowers to a family member in Bay City who just got home the hospital. Long story short, the day the flowers got delivered , they had to be rush to the ER and subsequently to another hospital in Ann Arbor. I had asked that they leave the flowers in the sunroom and not only did they go back over to pick them up (she was going to be in the hospital several days), but Brandon gave me his cell so I could text him when she was back home and wanted them redelivered (or asked if I wanted a just a refund). I could not have been more touched. I don't live in Bay City, I'm just a stranger from another city and they went way out of their way to help. 100% will...

Every time I go here I have a wonderful experience! I've seen the owner about 2 times now and he is absolutely fantastic! Very nice and accommodating!

I went in looking for a yellow flower for my son. I didn't have anything in mind specifically and I walked out of there with a beautiful vase (they have so many unique options!!!), Some yellow flowers, (they added some extra foliage to make the flowers fuller and really stand out), a few other little things from their store, and a huge smile on my face!

Also they sell a few Schitt's Creek things and that makes me so extra happy!!
