City Line Bayonne — Local services in Bayonne

Lived here for a year and a half and totally loved it!

Why to rent here:

Value!! You can get an apartment here with about 200 sqft then you can elsewhere for the same price.

Brand new apartments. I was the first to live in the building in 2022.

The maintenance staff is amazing!!! You need something done, Eddy will make it happen, and quick!

Sound resistent walls! Or as close to it as you can get. If there is music/tv or people talking next door, you will not hear them. However, the interior apartment walls between your living room and your bedroom aren't as soundproof. You will hear a tv through them.

Awesome kitchen and bathrooms! Absolutely beautiful with plenty of space.

Good neighbors. Everyone respects everyone else and looks out for one another. I didn't have a single issue with a package. The package room is also keycode protected with cameras.

NYC view! If you are lucky and get an apartment with a view, its truly special.

Why to not rent here:

Only one elevator, and it's slow.

Storage. They were supposed to have storage lockers, but for whatever reason werent able to get them up to code, so they sit empty and unable to be used.

The basic amenities. $250-$500 amenity fee for a bbq and a few game tables. They need to work on the outdoor patio badly.

Getting ahold of management. They are only in one, maybe two days a week tops. Those also happened to be the days I wasn't around... The management here is based in a different apartment in Jersey City, so they were not here full time. They are also given way more work then it is reasonable to handle, so points off to the PRC Management higher up corporate guys... but Andrew is really nice to deal with once you get in touch with him, and he is also very helpful (so is everyone else).

OVERALL: I rate it a solid 4. I loved my place. I only moved out because I moved to a different town. If you work in NYC and take a lightrail/subway to work without being car dependent, check...

Im a relatively new resident, been here about 2-3 weeks now. Out of all of the previous places Ive lived in NJ(Berkeley Heights, Linden, Bayonne) this is easily the best overall property in terms of my experience as a resident.

Moises is awesome and will take care of you if you choose to move here. Made an extra effort to ensure my move-in day went smoothly, despite a few road bumps that were the fault of my own.

The unit was also in remarkable condition when I moved in, maybe this is normal but in my past experiences there was always a few issues with appliances. However everything in this property was almost perfect.

Edit: Someone saw this review, and within a day they had my water pressure fixed. So I removed those negative comments on it. I highly recommend...
