Recently bought a jumpsuit and didn't try it on in store, which was my first mistake, when I got home it had a hole up the side of its leg, so I left it in the bag to be returned about a week later. The frustration I had returning this item was ridiculous. At first there wasn't a problem I showed them the whole and the receipt, should've been a simple transaction, but it wasn't I was questioned on if I ripped it and was trying to make my money back, then told it had to much dog hair to be sold again. I shop here often. The Caucasian lady with the blonde short hair is really nice! But other employees are rude. African American girl with brown hair wearing a scarf, didn’t even say hello, make eye contact or say anything when i was at the register. We had the most disrespectful service at this Windsor store in mall. An employee kept following us around. After we had tried a couple of clothes on that same employee told us to fold it and put it back in the place. We refused and left that disrespect place.
