ZARA — Local services in Beachwood

I’ve been shopping at this location for years but I just can’t anymore. I’ll premise this by saying I worked retail for years and own a retail business. As a result I’m usually extremely patient and give people the benefit of the doubt. That being said, I can’t anymore for this location. The past several times I’ve been there were some of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The store is always a wreck, seriously a complete mess. The employees aren’t friendly and slower than the DMV. It’s next level slow. They close fitting rooms sometimes halfway through the day because they work so slow they can’t keep up with cleaning them. The last visit I was there 5hrs before close and there was a line part way through the store for the only open fitting room and yet there was an employee with a stack of clothes that just cut everyone and said to their coworker “I’m gonna try all these on” just for fun. I don’t live near this store so when I come up it’s incredibly frustrating that half the times I can’t try things on and just have to buy and try at home and come back to return. OMG! Zara was my “go to” store in NY. And I know this is not NY but oh my goodness this store was a MESS! I was actually offended and I felt disrespected walking around that store!!! $200 coats and $99 boots were balled up and mixed in with $12.99 sale items! Clothes were thrown everywhere. There were no sections or sizes grouped together. No themes no color coordination. No fashion flow. No nothing! The fitting room was closed. It looked like a landfill! What a disgrace to the designers! One sales lady was in the front of the store folding clothes and on the phone. Like ON THE PHONE. I saw a customer enter the store and ran into a rack of clothes. She said “Why is this here?” I was thinking the same thing. Was it a rack of sales items? Was there a theme that we all missed? And why was it in such an odd area of the store? Worst ever experience in this location! When will the owners or responsible people start to respond to this problem? All fitting rooms are always closed. Check out desk is only on the 2nd floor with a long waiting queue line. Lots of merchandise and dresses are on the floor and people are stepping on them. Staff notice it and do not even pick them from the floor. And the next day we buy those items for the full price?! Staff are rude, they super slowly check out at the desk, and not even willing to customer talk. Please, do something with this mess. Lots of people are complaining. If this is the case and it continues, then this Zara site must shut their doors...
