I love your store...I enjoy shopping the wide variety. However, I don't love that I can't try anything on except over my own clothing in front of a mirror in the store front...which is nearly impossible to do in some articles of clothing. At one time, pre-Covid, the Beaumont, Texas location had a dressing room...where did it go? I understand out of precaution during Covid the trying of of clothes was prohibited...but Covid is no longer rampant. I almost feel as if the employees keep it shut down so they don't have to deal with whatever people choose not to buy after trying on. I've worked in retail clothing...putting away mech after try-ons is a hassle, but it's part of the job! The last few times I've been in the store there wasn't one person I spoke to that didn't complain about not being able to try on. I live 20 miles from my nearest location...if I get an article of clothing home and find that it doesn't work for me that means I have drive waaaay out of my way to return it. I'm at the point that while I love the store...I'm about to start driving an extra 10 miles in a different direction to another town to a different store just so I'll be able to try on...at least then I'll know that whatever I purchase was a decision I made based on how I felt when I tried it on...and I'll save myself 10 miles worth of time and fuel from not having to return it. I'd hate to take this route, because I DO love the store. Please consider speaking to your employess in this location about this matter. Get the dressing rooms opened up and do what you're there to do...make money and help women...
Read moreI live about 30 miles or so from the rainbow by target shopping center on North 69 frwy in Beaumont. I had to change out a dress I purchased, upon doing that, I was told I then only had 5 days to return from the 7 day purchased for an even exchange or store credit, I asked the question, but this is considered a new purchase basically, it's 2 days after and I should have a different date as of that day of exchange, she said no! So, to avoid this especially with the lack of quality and customer service, why don't you open your dressing room and just monitor and limit how many can go in, instead of irresponsibly sending your customers through all the bad experiences..Training is definitely needed for these young people out here in the workplace, customer service is way off point and in some places, these workers are too complacent and really shouldn't be for there own future needs and no refuse to go that distance again..Not worth it! Yes, I still the 2nd dress and will probably give it...
Read moreWHY is this place still open and why do these people that “work” here still have a job??? Completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in the first thing I was told is that they would be closing in 5 mins, mind you their sign said they were still open for 20 minutes!! The few mins I was in there NOT ONE time did they offer to help me with anything they were all too busy standing in the back holding a conversation not work related. This was my first and last time going here! Based off all the other reviews on here from years back apparently this has been going on for awhile SAD where is any type of management for this store and why are...
