I've called three different times in the last hour and no one picks up. And going by the graph on Google saying it's not busy at all. I can only assume they're being lazy and not picking up the phone. What's sad is there's only two GameStops in the area and both of them are pretty bad at customer service. They don't call you when you have a pre-order in anymore so I'm just wanting to know is my pre-order in cuz I don't want to drive 20 mi into town if I don't have to. Only to be told that my pre-order isn't in. It's no wonder that all these other online places that ship to your house or apparently the of the future. I should have gotten it shipped to my house but then it would have gotten near in another two more days and I really wanted to know if my game was in so I could play it this weekend. I mean at least had to come and courtesy to call people like they used to. I remember the store down by Kroger. Usually always called me early during the day to let me know my pre-order was in and that was a good store. This one is on par with the Port Arthur store which that store is horrible. So I decided to do my business here because the last two pre-orders I did were Port Arthur. They never came in and they wouldn't call you either. I guess GameStop will learn pretty soon. They're not the only place that has games. I guess I need to suck it up and just order from Amazon or vgp games or and just buy it straight from the GameStop app. Then I know I'll have it due to tracking. Within a couple of days. You'd think they'd have really good customer service considering how everything's going to digital nowadays, which I don't like digital and I keep buying physical trying to support these places, but what's the point when you don't pick up your phone?
