Where to begin?
December 31 went shoppin in the back seasonal - for a rescheduled gift exchange. Valentine's Day was all over the front of the store - personally I have to say...really?
Seasonal items in the back, all shelves bare a week after christmas, which is expected. I was looking in the Christmas candy aisle - which still has a good selection - and the stock boy was ripping up empty boxes, throwing them on the floor. When I attempted to enter the aisle, he looked at me, grabbed a box off the shelf and dropped it into the middle of the aisle as if to say "not now, customer!"
IDK but WTH.
Then with my 10-12 items I went to checkout lane 3 where the cute little Target cashier could not stop talking to her Target stock boy in order to ring me up. I waited until they were done with their conversation and I thought he would leave, but he didn't. They kept right on talking while she rang up my order. I was buying gift cards and needed gift receipts for those specific cards and not the other items. I had to explain that to her twice -- in between her making comments to her boyfriend!
Had they been in my workplace (high school guidance) I would have nipped that in the bud and fired them both. On the spot.
She couldn't be bothered to put the articles I purchased into a big enough bag, practically threw my change at me and left the register. IDK what the heck is going on over there but it's...
Read moreI would give 0 stars if possible. I came to target to print off 10 photos using their Kodak print station. In 19 degree weather with my baby to make prints to give family while in town. When I walked in the door associates were yelling at some man to leave. No idea what was going on there. I just have just walked out that is unacceptable. I spent 45 mins editing my photos and getting them how I wanted. I proceeded to process my order then waited 15 mins for my photos to print when they didn't print I ask and associate who had been wondering around the registers. She had seen me the whole time. She said shop and then come back but the machine was broken. Excuse me! If the machine was broken why is there no sign?! Why hadn't she mentioned that when she saw me. Yes this is a kodak machine however this is just bad customers service and target has the responsibility to keep the machine in working order or have a sign up saying it will be serviced. I'm greatly disappointed and put off. Not to mention without photos. I normally buy all my baby supplies at target. I'm so frustrated, I don't know if i will be back. Read moreThe staff at this Target just made my son’s birthday dreams come true. If you are parent/caregiver of a Minecraft lover you are likely well aware of how difficult it is to find an exploding RC creeper in stock anywhere this holiday season, unless it’s triple the retail price. I have been searching daily for weeks to no avail, but today happened to see this store had limited stock available. I immediately drove there from 30 minutes away only to find the shelf empty. I noticed several staff members were stocking the toy department and asked for help. I have been in this situation before at other Targets and they have not bothered to check anywhere other than the shelf before they say they don’t have it, chalking it up to a system error. Not these guys. They were able to see it had come in on this morning’s truck and searched relentlessly for 30+ minutes through boxes and boxes of stock until they found it. I am SO grateful to them for going above and beyond. I had prepped my son for not getting this toy, so he will be even more surprised and thrilled when he opens...
