Went shopping in early april after getting my tax refund and wanted to get some nice new underwear. I have never shopped in victoria’s secret before and i definitely won’t be returning to this store. i’ve worked in customer service for over 5 years so i know exactly what this lady was doing. i grabbed my 5 for $30 underwear after shopping it for a bit because i couldn’t decide what i wanted. keep in mind ive never shopped in this store in my life. i wandered over to the Pink section looking for a specific perfume that my boyfriends mom got me for christmas and i wanted a full size bottle. a manager looking lady approached me as i was looking around completely lost and insisted for me to put the 5 pairs of underwear i picked up in a basket and when i refused and asked where the perfume was, she got annoyed and insisted again for me to put the 5 pairs of underwear into a basket. she did lead me to the perfume i wanted, but she was condescending and rude from the beginning of the conversation and treated me as though i planned to shoplift. i think it was pretty obvious that i was just lost and needed some guidance instead of a rude middle aged woman assuming im shoplifting. definitely will just not be returning. my target underwear holds up...

Explained that he had the same last name and the same billing address on his Driver's License. The lady who answered the phone told me that was not possible. I can send my husband to Target to pick up a $500 Television set in my name, but VS won't hand over a $30 pair of pajamas. You know I've heard there's a lot of pajama thieves out there. Sometimes you just have to have good common sense when it comes to company policies and offering good customer service. This lady clearly...
Read moreMy experience at the mall in Fairborn Ohio was very unpleasant and embarrassing I had the intention of buying a bra in which I had been sized for just a few months prior the woman said -as I was wearing a sweatshirt on that I would not fit in that bra and I needed two sizes larger, I wasn't insulted by the fact that she thought I needed a couple sizes larger I was in fact offended by the way she had went about doing it. Also judgment of my bra size with out being measured. She would not let me try on the size of bras I wanted to and outwardly said that I would spill out of the bra that I wanted to try on. There are many other things that occurred that made my situation very uncomfortable and left me to leave the mall. I do think since you work in clothing and retail sensitivity training and also professional ethical training may be needed, I doubt I will ever shop...
