If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. I walked in super excited to get a beautiful wedding day gift for my sister and her fiancé, engraving her and his name and wedding date on perfume bottles. All excited to get something special personalized. I called making sure they were open, didn't want to drive all the way there and it not be open, she was so rude and super rude in person. I was talking about first seeing how they do their work on a different perfume bottle and such and asked what if they messed it up or I didn't like it or the glass broke/cracked. It’s a Chanel perfume, that isn't cheap. Lady looks at me and goes, “not my problem…that’s not our problem” and laughs. It should be your problem, this is a business you should care if I, as a customer like what I am paying for. Anyways, everyone’s talking about their customer service, it was absolutely garbage in my eyes. That woman clearly wasn't having it and I wasnt either with her attitude. I wanted to leave immediately like she made me quite uncomfortable with how rude and uncaring she was. Yikes guys. That is not how you run a business. If I hadn't had such little time I wouldnt have been forced to continue the wedding gift for my sister. I ended up getting the engraving done on the perfume bottles and guess what…. the date wasn’t even correctly set. I don’t even want to go back to say something cause all I’m sure i’ll hear is “not our problem”. Ur really playing your chances when you go here so don’t do the same mistake I did. They told me the date will be small, but I didn’t think it would be microscopic. I even sent them a picture of what I wanted in another email to make sure and they still messed it up.
