WOW Donuts — Restaurant in Bedford

One of the best kolaches I’ve ever had! A highlight of a long traveling day!

Took a group of kiddos competing at State for an academic competition to breakfast here. And, we had a WONDERFUL experience!

The moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by both owners - while we teachers have no absolute problem handling a group of this size especially this particular bunch, we found at a few this is a pretty big deal for a couple other chain fast food establishments in the area with about 15 of us including 13 well-behaved, but talkative middle school kids; it was a breath of fresh air to sense excitement for our business and genuine kindness toward our students!

I don’t think even a bite was wasted - everyone was satisfied and ready for the long trip home. We were able to choose from over a dozen options of donuts. So many cute options for kids! Of course, kolaches!!! I had the regular size with cheese, but they had some with jalapeño too and jumbo size of both kinds! There are fridges with just about every kind of breakfast grab and go beverage you can think of which was great bc the kids were able to get milk and juice. There was a cute freshly brewed coffee station in the corner as well.

To add quality and efficiency to comfort and deliciousness, they quickly figured out an issue with our tax exempt situation. The owners handled all of the customers after us with the same care and pride for their work.

Finally, the food was absolutely reasonably priced and for most of our kiddos, we were able to keep more than half of our funds for future endeavors. Oh, and I asked for a sugar donut to go…when I looked later, there were 3 extra donut holes that made me feel very appreciated for the hard work this trip took ❤️ (and I just came along as a helping hand & supportive parent/teacher, BIG shout-out to...

My favorite donut shop!! The customer service is unbeatable. You are treated like family every time, and the lady is so kind and cheerful! The donuts are kolaches are made with love, you can taste the simplicity in the ingredients that makes them so great. No compensating with extra sugar or flavor! Just simply delicious. My favorite is the spicy bacon sausage roll and their blueberry glazed donuts. Can't beat a hometown donut...

This donut shop is seriously awesome, I would say it’s best in the HEB area at the least! The store is always like spotless clean and the donuts are as good as they come, especially since it’s a little “mom & pop” shop.
