Ski Rentals At Fred's — Local services in Beech Mountain

The staff doing the rentals are very rude have no patience and even told us that they didn't care and there are others places we could go rent from after taking our money and not having correct sizes we were a group of 11 and the customer service is awful! Please don't waste your time or your money at this place. I will never return there and I even tried to talk to Fred about the situation and he just over talked me and said the young Brazilian boys have never been rude at that point I just said this place has very bad service and I will never be back. I was told by another worker that they get lots of complaints about them and to talk to Fred that they rent that out and they don't even want them there but as I said when I tried to let Fred aware of how we were treated and he just wanted to talk over me and defend I was done...

We got told that we could ski till 10 o’clock at night when we rented the stuff in the morning and the ski slopes closed at 5pm.The breakfast was not good at all.So you can rent everything you need at the ski resorts don’t fall for the lies or false information the tell you. Also when we rented in the morning for half a day they told us they would only charge us the remainder when we return if we decide to stay till 10. So when we went to return the stuff at five and was like we got gypped out of five hours of skiing they said we could go to another mountain if we wanted to pay another lift fee.They were pretty rude about the whole thing Threatening the person I was with they would get charged with a felony over eight dollars they didn’t care about a bad review on Google they really wanted that eight...
