This has been my favorite nail salon for over four years now, since I discovered it. I used to live right around the corner, and it became my go-to on a weekly basis for manicures and pedicures. This salon offers Shellac, spa pedicures, fills, etc. Everything one would expect from a nail salon. They also do waxing on the face. The quality of service received here is superb. The only single time I've gone away not 100% happy with my manicure, I returned the next day and they fixed it for free for me. I couldn't ask for more! The employees are the most friendly people you'll ever meet, and they go out of their way to make their customers feel welcomed and special. The meticulous care they take is second to none. I would recommend this for anyone who wants the perfect manicure or pedicure - and I say this having tried all the other salons in the Downtown Bellevue area! No one else comes even close. I came in for a fill and also needed one broken nail fixed, and it’s like she never fixed a broken nail before.....she didn’t take off what was left of the broken one and just put the new one on over top so it was SO THICK. I asked her to fix it and she just kept ignoring me, and then before she put polish on, I was trying to point out how thick it looked compared to the others and she was just like oh you don’t want it to be too thin though.

The women there were nice but the one who was actually doing my nails was so rude, ignored me when I asked questions because she was doing a bad job, and I still left her a good tip after because that’s just how I am and she didn’t even say thank you or goodbye when I left. Best nail spot ever. I went here last weekend and have been meaning to leave a review. My nails are so pretty. Firstly, SUPER CLEAN. I pay close attention to how often a nail tech uses alcohol throughout the nail process, and I can confidently say they maintain cleanliness, and ensure to disinfect the nails-especially after cutting cuticles and even at the end. They also dust off when necessary. It was my first time coming here, Jennifer and Anne helped do my nails. Theyre both super nice, and it felt like a personal experience. I initially went in for acrylics, but i saw annes nails and decided to do Builder Gel. Which- I highly recommend. Its more thin, and looks more natural. Definitely coming...
