I love the styles at this store - very well curated. HOWEVER, they have Nordstrom pricing (in fact, even more expensive), but have the return policy/customer service that of a Forever 21 (or worse). I had the worst customer service at this store and will never shop here again. They basically steal your money. Due to COVID, they shut down their fitting rooms an hour before close, so I couldn't try on any clothes. I decided to buy so I can try on at home. One of the items did not fit, so I brought it back 2 days later asking for an EXCHANGE - tags still attached. They refused to let me even EXCHANGE the item. I was so upset that I asked for a refund on everything I bought and they refused that too. Honestly, if a customer was this upset, I would always refund them. I really do feel like this store is a scam and just takes your money without going above and beyond to make customers happy. To make matters worse, I called their phone customer service, and they agreed to email me a FedEx label to mail the item back to the Bellevue store (how this makes sense I don't know...why didn't they just take it back when I was at the store?). But the label they gave me was unscanable by FedEx. So I wasted time driving and trying to mail the item with no result. They then said they would schedule a FedEx pickup for me. FedEx never came. I emailed them back 2-3 more times for them to reschedule a pickup, but FedEx never showed up. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Who puts their customers through this? Horrible...

My experience was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the store manager. I came in for a simple item exchange, but the situation escalated quickly. The manager insisted I pay the tax difference because the original purchase was made in a different state. For an even exchange, this demand felt entirely unreasonable. What's even worse, she raised her voice and lectured me about ârespecting the lawâ in a condescending and dismissive tone, completely disregarding my perspective. She kept repeating herself with "this is unacceptable" and use substitution of concepts to mislead others into blaming me for not paying the tax difference, instead of addressing the customer concern professionally. Her arrogant and rude attitude throughout the interaction left me with no choice but to return the item instead of exchanging it. The entire experience was both embarrassing and frustrating. It's like a joke that someone with such poor customer service skills and arrogant attitude is managing a store. If this store continues to employ a manager with such unprofessional behavior and fails to address these ongoing issues, I canât imagine myself or others choosing to shop here again. But I have to mention an unwanted experience I had when I went to shop with my mother, we both wearing masks, she was slightly retiring her mask away from her cheeks because she was having a severe allergic reaction to the mask but her nose was still covered. The lady at the floor took the time to approach us in a very rude way and said if we wanted to shop there she had to respect their mask policy. She offered to bring a different mask which we appreciate but at the end she insisted on a rude way that if we wanted to shop on the store we had to wear masks! My question is why didnât she respect the 6 feet distance between us?????? Check the cameras and see for yourself! She approached us to wear a mask but she didnât respect the 6 ft, before she approaching us she didnât even greeted us as customers, she didnât took the time to ask us if we needed something, but she jumped right away when she saw my mother retiring her mask a little from her face!!! Lack of class, poor customer service! Retraining of that store is needed because Aritzia is a wonderful brand with quality clothes but not quality service!
