I stopped by your location at 7PM to purchase a bag of coffee and simply asked to have it grind. I was given attitude about it by 2 female employees stating they don’t grind anything past 7PM. I ended up just leaving the bag of coffee on the counter and left at 7:02 pm only a matter of minutes after they apparently stop offering that as a service to customers mind you your location is open until 9PM.
I contacted the Woods Coffee on 8th street and 120th Ave and informed them about the service I received. They said it was strange that they refused to grind the bag of coffee for me and said if you come here we will do it no problem. Mind you this location I went to also closes at 8 and hour before Bellevue Square closes. I went to the other location and they took care of me and did it with no issue and apologized for the experience I had.
Your employees in Bellevue Square need to be retrained on how to provide a great customer experience. I felt discriminated against by not being offered a simple service I requested especially when your open for another 2 hours. I would love to hear from a manager regarding this and an explanation as to why this occurred…you are the same company I expect the same service if I went to another location down the street and deserve to be treated with respect...
Read moreSo thankful for this coffee shop that its in the mall. Always looking for coffee whether out for movies or shopping In Bellevue malls.
The place is always busy, which is a good sign that they have a steady flow of customers, and despite the hustle and bustle, service was impressively fast and friendly. The staff was welcoming and made sure my order was ready in no time, which I really appreciated, especially in a busy mall setting.
As for the coffee, I have to say it wasn’t as strong as I’d hoped. It’s still a solid cup, but if you’re someone who prefers a bold, rich brew, you might find it a bit on the milder side if you didn’t go for an extra shot of espresso. That said, it’s definitely drinkable, and the overall flavor is pleasant.
The real highlight, however, was the pastries. They were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the coffee. Tried grain free oatmeal cookie and in the past have tried a few different options, and each one was better than the last. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or settling in for a longer break, the pastries alone make this spot...
Read moreIt’s a charming place, with friendly service, but they really are not very good at making lattes. As that is all I drink, you can imagine I am left disappointed when, after multiple visits, I am left never having gotten a properly prepared latte.
Starbucks really does outdo them for lattes and flat whites, and I have absolutely no loyalty to Starbucks. I always prefer small boutique coffee places anytime I can. But this place just has never impressed me.
They need better training on how to use the machine or if the training IS adequate, they need a way to incentivize their employees to actually absorb the training and learn the difference between a scalded (WAY too hot to drink, 3rd visit in a row), no-microfoam, barely-better-than-a-convenience-store-machine latte, and a latte that is expected of their boutique store status and high-end mall location. This place has a lot of potential, and perhaps I’ve just been unlucky a half dozen times in a row, but I’m starting to get the feeling they just have no idea what they are doing....
