Bungie, Inc — Local services in Bellevue

Dear reader. I am sorry to say that I have to bring you bad news about this company.

I have been playing Destiny 2 since May. I have invested over $400 in microtransations, expansions and physical goods. I have also logged substantial time in game and achieved much.

This has all ended today when I was banned with no warning, no reason and no method of appeal.

I have not, to my knowledge, done anything to violate any part of the TOS. When I tried to reach out to them for support, I found out that you cant. Thats right, you can't get ahold of them.

Their website offers no contact information for support, no phone numbers, no emails, nothing. There is no accountability at all.

So, I googled.

I called their number, and I tried several options to no avail.

I tried their help twitter. So far, ignored.

I tried their help forum. I was demonized as a "cheater" simply because I was banned and greeted with a quoted message from an admin stating that all bans are final, no appeals, no unbans.

My case is not unique. They have a problem, a big one. They know it. It is why they hide from their customers who they have wronged, so they do not have to be held accountable for their actions.

Bungie, you have stolen time, money and a precious sense of accomplishment; in the form of my in-game actions, from me that I cannot get back by this illegitimate ban and this unethical conduct towards your customer base.

I sincerely hope that you re-evaluate your business practices.

Dear people looking at this review; Do please note; not matter what extension you dial, all voicemails are indefinitely full. I mention this, because nobody will ever pick up. If you dial 0 or wait in an attempt to reach the operator, THAT extension is disconnected. They also have no email support. The only two ways to reach them are their own forums, which you will be ignored on or moderated off of (as in, your complaints being deleted on moderator whims), or by leaving them a review they deserve. Like the remainder of this review, or several other 1 and 2 star reviews for them on here.

Dear Bungie; I gave you a good amount of "benefit of the doubt" with Destiny 2, and I can give no more. The first "DLC" was a pathetic cashgrab, and then I hear there's a leak that can confirm the second will be more of the same? And your excuse to this, to what the end game "should be" is just another massive blow to your community. All in all, I'm not interested. I played the base game, and I got all my achievements and whatnot, but I also bought the season pass before you tried to pass off The Curse of Osiris as content. I want my money for the season pass back. I uninstalled Destiny 2 long ago, and have no regrets beyond the fact that you still have a greedy fist wrapped around that part...

After spending many days playing Halo 1 and 2 on a friends xbox, this summer I had the chance to get my own xbox 360 and beat Halo 3, Halo ODST, and hopefully Halo Reach!

Halo Reach is sadly the last game in the series. This game is a must have for any Die hard Halo fans. The graphics are fanominal! In this new version of Halo, you will get a true team experience. You can full customize your Spartan armor to your liking. The colors and details are up to you. You can also be a lady Spartan. The AI is awesome. The game feels very natural. Previous versions of Halo might have felt like a Level by Level game. The missions feel real and you have the support of 5 other members of your team. The cinema clips feel like a real move experience. The enemies AI is real. Similar to playing other players online, each level experience will be different each time you play it.

If you don't know about Halo: Reach, I don't want to know you. I guess I could forgive you if you are playing Starcraft 2. Highly Recommended!
