If you're considering buying or renting here, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to share my personal experience after living here for over a year and a half. Be aware the HOA is extremely predatory. While some of the concierge staff are excellent, a few bad apples completely ruin the overall experience. The property manager is virtually absent and entirely ineffective. The ideal tenant is someone who fully complies, pays excessive HOA fees without hesitation, accepts all fines without question, accepts abuse from staff and essentially lives as a hostage. I have been living at this property for 4 years now and it used to be a rough situation. Management used to be the worst .. since Rebekah took over things have been amazing. She is beyond professional. She is always on top of everything. Jon the maintenance man is insanely fast but proficient. Love living here !!!!!!!!!...

Concierge people are polite, friendly (sometimes really busy) and very good at their jobs.
