I have literally never felt more comfortable in a gym. Do yourself a favor---come check it out!

A couple years ago, I found ESC through a google search of Starting Strength. I wanted to get stronger and learn how to use barbells. I did a series of one-on-one trainings with Carrie and learned how to squat, press, deadlift & etc. I went off and did my own thing for a while, but now I'm back and relearning the basics. Love the setup and sense of community here. This place is special.

Carrie and Kathryn are awesome. The other gym-goers are awesome. If you are reading this and considering going to ESC, do it. They did a great job tailoring everything to my goals and my injuries (of which there are a lot). And there were so many different variations to the workouts. I hate going to the gym and they got me going there 4 days a week. That's insane. Only reason I am not still going is I moved to a...

Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Carrie did a great job setting up my whole family with a strength training program that meets our goals. Great coaching and safety. Good equipment. Carrie is fantastic at observing the details of our lifting form and coaching us into the best posture. I feel very safe I won't hurt myself lifting there.
