EraGem — Local services in Bellevue

EraGem is like no other jewelry business I’ve ever shopped from before. They have an unbelievable selection of beautiful and unique high-end estate jewelry pieces, at very reasonable prices, and I simply wish I had had EraGem as my jeweler years’ ago! They are simply the BEST out there! In the last few years’, I’ve bought about (5) pieces from them; I am so glad I found out about them, after moving to Tacoma WA about 5 years’ ago. In the past, I have never bought any jewelry online, but since shopping from them, I don’t have any hesitation about shopping this way. Everything they’ve shipped me has been SO securely wrapped it takes me quite awhile, ha, to even open it, but this is how they do everything. They ship anything you buy via Fedex priority mail, so you get it within 2 days, and they also require YOUR signature on every jewelry piece you buy, so you can be 100% confident YOU will get your jewelry safely and on time. Everyone I’ve dealt with, either online or on the phone, is always polite and professional, and they always DO what they say they’ll do, which is almost unheard of these days. I also have to share a recent experience I had with them to let you know how truly awesome EraGem is: recently, I took a trip to the Caribbean with my family, and on my return flight on the plane, I realized one of my opals had come out of a pair of exquisite opal earrings I’d bought previously from EraGem. I looked everywhere I could think of on the plane, but unfortunately couldn’t find the opal stone anywhere, and I was heartsick, as I loved them so much. Amazingly, when I got home, I called EraGem & spoke to Jennifer & she immediately set my mind at ease. They arranged & paid for all my Fedex priority shipping costs & their wonderful Goldsmith actually ended up being able to replace BOTH opal stones in each of my earrings, so they’d match, & they did all this for NO charge!! (also, the replacement opals he used in my earrings completely matched a 2-stone opal pendant I’d earlier bought from them, which is yet another reason why I love them so much). I am a very picky jewelry shopper, I have shopped from several different jewelers over the years’, as buying “nice” jewelry is one of my guilty pleasures, ha, and believe me, no-one comes close to EraGem! Buying jewelry online, especially having never gone into an actual brick & mortar store of a brand, was highly usual for me. Even with well established international jewelers, my preference is to go in & try in person whether for myself or my spouse as sizing can be tricky. However am thrilled to have found my new go to one stop fine jewelry shop forever more🖤

Actually what’s the funniest thing to me is my husband was the one who accidentally found this wonderful boutique & we weren’t even looking, but had merely been wanting to repair/re-design a ring I already had!

Fell in instant love with this stunning gorgeous ring & it needed to be re-sized from a 9.5 to 5.75, which considering the design of pronged rubies & pearls was an absolute feat as 10mm is pretty major & do not think there are many people in the world could have pulled it off & especially in the short amount of time it took! Was shocked tbh:) Oh & the gorgeous ring fits perfectly beyond my wildest dreams💗

Having worked in luxury sales for 20+ years, am very inimately aware of excellent service & the level of service, attention & results I received rival any luxury company out there, & dare say EraGem managed to supersede literally all of them.

Know that anything you purchase here is unique, beyond reasonably priced & service post purchase an absolute dream.

Am not a public picture posting person but trust me when I say my ring is PHENOMENALLY STUNNING & literally 1 of a kind. Being vintage, it does have its quirks, but for me that’s part of the charm & history which makes me treasure it even ever more.

I'm so happy I was able to go to the Era Gem showroom and pick up my ring.

My fiancé purchased the ring online and had informative responses very quickly from both Michael and Maslow.

The ring was sized as part of the purchase price and ready for us on arrival just a few days later. I work in the jewellery industry and couldn't believe the quick turnaround with extremely efficient service, and the work done is perfect.

This ring is everything I dreamed it would be and I'm so happy to give it a new home. As a jeweller I knew I would never want to make my own ring, I wanted something antique, and this ring exceeded my expectations.

The buying experience was smooth and comfortable. I trusted the photos which highlighted all of the unique attributes of the stones and the delicacy of the mount.

Getting to the shop required a trip around the block as it's not super obvious where you're going when driving past the first time, but it was not difficult by any means and there is parking right out front.

There we were met by Mark and the sweetest little dog. He was happy to chat with us about our purchase and offer future services for cleaning and caring for an antique piece.

The showroom had several stunning pieces on display with some of their personal collection of antique ring boxes. The mineral specimens were also really cool. As a gem nerd, I really appreciated seeing the raw examples as well!

I really hope they find more little book ring boxes, I can't wait to see the photos. The EraGem Instagram is amazing!

All in all, this was an unparalleled experience with exceptional service. We met a dog, saw some rocks, bought an incredible ring. If every day were like that one I'd be overjoyed.
