I have a concerning experience with this center. I had 40 units of Botox put in yesterday and I'm not seeing the best results. To start off while I was in the chair the nurse Felicia didn't map out my forehead with a medical pen. She just went straight in with the needle. I've been doing Botox for 2 years and have never had anyone do that approach. I normally get Botox done in Mexico at a medical Center and the gentleman I get it done by there takes the time to map out my forehead with a medical pen and check to make sure that the points are even before he touches me with a needle this was never done during my procedure.

I know it can take some time to see the full results but in the past by the end of the day of the procedure to the next day I usually can't move most to all of my forehead. I still have full mobility. And during the consultation Felicia assured me 40 units would give me the results I wanted because I was open to getting more if needed. For the price I expected better ($14 a unit VS my usual $6 he normally does it for $10) 😉 since they are the most expensive place I've found and are in the US. I'll update in a few days if things change but so far I'm pretty disappointed.

Headache persisted afterward, I've never gotten headaches before

By the end of the second day the left side of my forehead is reacting to the Botox and the right is not reacting so my forehead at the moment is lopsided. Hopefully there will be more change by tomorrow. Bottom line. I'm not happy every time I've gotten Botox before I've had a nearly instant result with the same amount of units. And the effects are even.

Talked to the Nurse, it didn’t seem like she was happy with my review, but that’s what this platform is for, I’m just telling my experience. I have a follow up in 2 weeks first time I’ve ever had to have a follow up. My two new concerns is how Jennifer told me someone with 13 years experience didn’t need to do the mapping out process, to me that sounds like skipping a step and whether if you’re a beginner or an expert, you should be thorough.

My newest concern was when I was talking to Felicia she said because of the price I get my Botox done from my doctor in Mexico and how effective it was she didn’t think it was actually Botox….I did my research on the doctor in Mexico and the facility. Just because it’s in Mexico doesn’t mean it’s a back alley facility. But it does make me question why is it more effective, quicker acting and last longer than here?

It’s been a month now and the Botox is already wearing off, I’m so disappointed the the quality of my service. I declined the offer to have it touched up after the two weeks, I didn’t feel comfortable with her putting more into my forehead if she couldn’t get it the first time. But I was hoping for it to last at least up to 3 months. Every time I’ve had it done before it last 4-6 months. I’m regaining full function of my forehead in only a month after having it done. I LOVE everything about Advanced Skin and Body Solutions. From the convenient location with plenty of parking, to the ambiance and amenities of the front lobby, to the comfortable treatment rooms. But the standout feature is the service. Five star service all around! The front desk ladies always greet you with a smile and make check-in/check-out a breeze. The owner, Jennifer, is particularly likeable - down to earth with a genuine personality. She should be incredibly proud of the business she's built! My personal favorite is Danielle. She's an extremely competent therapist with a friendly, no-nonsense personality. What I like about her most is that she doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I TRUST her implicitly to give me sage advice and only provide me with the services I will benefit from.

I personally go to Advanced Skin and Body Solutions for Cool Sculpting. I'm a true believer because the results are REAL. I'm an active female in my 40's with a fairly decent diet. Cool Sculpting has TRANSFORMED life long fat pockets that no amount of diet or exercise could decrease. I've had many treatments - including my arms, stomach, flanks, inner and outer thoughts - and I feel 1000% more comfortable in my skin. I learned about Advanced Skin & Body Solutions from a friend. She kept insisting that I should try it out and finally I gave it a try. I'm so glad I did! Since then I've been coming regularly to get my eye lashes done. I've been extremely happy with the lashes and the service. Jenn is fantastic! She always does the best job she can possible do on the lashes and I always leave happy. Jennifer, the owner really cares about her business and clients. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the services and goes above and beyond on customer satisfaction and really just taking care of her customers. For example, I broke my foot couple of months back. I could not drive myself so I thought that I'm no longer going to get lashes, but my mom insisted I go since I was really depressed with a broken foot. So my mom was driving me each time. Every time she would sit and wait for me in the waiting area. Jennifer, the owner, noticed all this work my mom had been doing for me and she decided to offer her a complementary facial. My mom was shocked with this extremely generous and kind gesture. It was her very first facial ever and she really enjoyed it!
