Half star if possible Horrible experience at this store. They sold me a lemon… I bought a Nike shoe for my son and once he tried it at home it was too tight with socks on. I returned it to the store 2 days later to exchange for a bigger size and the supposed manager “Alex” refused to take it back. He said it had been worn because the Nike logo was faded ( couldn’t have happened in 2 days, no treads, so obviously sold me a lemon). Mind you this was the exact same condition it was sold to me. Literally one shoe was worn for under a minute before we realized it was too tight. Exact same condition, worn for 30seconds He launched into some story that his manager said No. When we asked for the manager he said he wasn’t there and was FaceTimed and then changes tune to say he was the manager and we could return to another store. I told him he could keep the shoes and do whatever he wanted with it but mistakenly left my receipt. We went back to pick up the receipt and he threatened to call security except we took the shoes with us. At that point my sister who is a lawyer intervened and told him my receipt is mine legally, at which point he gave it back.
Buyer beware, they sold me a faded shoe and will probably sell you floor models which you should scrutinize carefully as once you step out of the store they will claim it’s used. They have little foot traffic and will make it impossible to exchange or refund any item they sell to you.
I can never ever go to a foot locker store again and I understand why no one goes to foot locker. In bellevue square, horrific customer service by the “manager” ruins the prior decent customer service from...
Read moreMiara, who claimed her the manager of the store, is a terrible, pride and listless employee.
I asked for a Nike shoe order online. She asked to show my ID. Then she processed the payment and gave back my ID. And I asked her do you know my address where to ship? She said I got your address from your ID which is the billing address. I was amazed. Woow. Who told you the address on my ID would be my shipping address? If I'm from California, you are going to ship to California then? Secondly, the address on my ID is not even billing address, that is just address on the ID.
Then she showed me a phone number and asked myself to call on another day.
When footlocker order things which doesn't exist in store, it can only ship to the address on the ID??? Absurd!!
Besides, she sounds a very rude lady. I have to call footlocker to fix my address. Unfortunately, the update is not available on the weekend. So I have to call another time on next Monday. Can't believe CHAMPS and Footlocker are from...
Read moreI showed up for the Bred 1s release on the morning of 9/3 at 9am(when the mall opened its doors) as instructed by the manager of this foot locker as it was first come first serve for this release. When I arrived, the manager had let in a couple of His friends early to buy the shoes before he opened the store to us. After they left carrying several pairs of the bred/Banned color way, a non uniformed Asian male came out told us that they had already sold out and we had no chance of getting a pair. He claimed that they had already sold them to the people who were "camping" outside the store. However this isn't possible because the mall is closed shut every night and no one is allowed to stay overnight for obvious reasons.
TLDR; manager sold all the stores pairs to his reselling friends infront of everyone waiting outside, and mislead everyone who had showed up as instructed hoping to legitmiently get a pair...
