They are horrible at customer service!! They keep loosing customers specially in this location… I’m their customer of 2 years and recently I made appointment this location because the girl who is doing my lash her name is Tina last time she told me to make an appointment only at this location and I was like ok sure! Today for the first time I texted her directly and asked for refill appointment And they do have policy that you have to pay different amount before 21 days and after 21 days… mine was exactly on 21 days cuz of that I asked should I pay for before 21 days or after that?! And she gave me new price policy After I asked her if they did change their price policy’s she told me all these stuff about that’s not true and I don’t even know when it happened! At the end she told me I can’t change the prices for you and my boss didn’t agree with that!! I did not even ask for changing the price for me?! Excuse me!!!?! And of course two times she did my lash very bad and I lost all my extensions...

This place is AMAZING!! I was really apprehensive to get lash extensions because they’re so expensive and I’ve heard some horror stories out there, but I did some research and I’m glad I landed on this place 🥰 the girl who did them, marlin, was so sweet and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She explained what she was doing as she went through the steps, and my eyes were so shaky but she did not mind at all and my set still looked amazing by the end of it!! I also have hooded eyes and did not want a super full set, but something more wispy and natural which she def delivered on! Overall it was a great experience. Super lash is a little hidden gem in Bellevue! I made a spur of the moment choice to get my lashes done and decided to call them since they are very close to my work. I am so happy I went there! My lashes are amazing! I have sensitive eyes and am always a little bit nervous about trying a new place. My eyes didn’t even water at all while my lashes were being done and she was so gentle placing the tape on the eyelids. I highly recommend giving super lash a try! A helpful hint is when you arrive there is a big office building you will go to suite 100 at first you might wonder if you are in the right place however suite 100 is home to several offices.
