I went in and asked to be sized for a ring and they informed me they only size when they order rings. I was planning on shopping wedding bands and had already researched that this place was within our budget. There were no other customers and the two sales people were chatting as I came in so they weren’t exactly too busy to help me. I’ve worked retail and I wouldn’t waste someone’s time unless I was a serious customer. The weekend before I had no problem getting sized at a different jewelry store before browsing their selection. I just wanted to be sized to confirm that I am actually a 5 since that seemed smaller than I would have thought. The whole experience didn’t make me feel welcomed and as a quickly browsed through the cases neither associate really made an effort to reengage with me. Absolutely beautiful jewelry but I've had to replace a 1,000 dollar necklace 3 times because it kept breaking at the soldering.

I have a ring as well but day 1 it was bending all over the place. The floating plumeria ring. It cut into the top of my finger where I was wearing it.

The earrings that I bought break out my ears and everything they sell bends.

Looks beautiful though it will just break anytime it feels like. Also enjoy having a bent necklace.

My boyfriend and I were at first delighted to find this shop until we realized that it's cheap with a high price tag.
