Unpleasant Experience with Sales Lead, but Wonderful Associate
I recently placed an online order for in-store pickup at Pandora in Bellevue Square Mall. While heading to the mall, I knew I was a little early, as it had only been about 30 minutes since I placed the order (the confirmation email said it might take up to 2 business hours). I decided to check in and see if by any chance the order was ready, and if not, I would have happily come back later.
However, before I even had a chance to explain the situation, the sales lead, Annette, was very rude and dismissive, stating, “Next time WAIT till you get email confirmation that it’s ready for pick up.” Her tone was unpleasant and made the entire interaction uncomfortable, especially since other customers turned around to look due to the exchange. As a customer, it’s disappointing to be treated this way.
On the other hand, the associate who was packing our order and assisting us (apologies for not remembering her name due to the situation with Annette) was AMAZING. She was kind, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. She truly deserves all 5 stars! Her professionalism and warmth made a big difference, and she deserves a promotion for her excellent customer service.

I picked one ring which I wanted to buy for some time and asked her to show me some earrings and she replied I cannot show you everything on a plate here is the book you look. I said ok let me have a quick look what is on displayed and after 2 minutes I was back to her but she started helping another customer without finishing with me first. When I asked her I know what I want to see, she said I have to wait till she is done with this customer. And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer.
