A sales associate (I realized later that I didn't get her name) at the North Face quickly came to my rescue. She showed me several options based on my budget, as well as recommendations for items online when my budget turned out to be too restrictive. Read moreI had a very great consumer experience at this store tonight with the employees assisting me, and answering questions I had. I had a good transaction too. I work as a manager at a different store in that exact mall at Bellevue Square, so from my perspective, I would say the only thing that would be a detractor is the employee who was ringing up my transaction. He appeared to have a slight ego that came across in the way he was speaking which wasn’t allowing him to be his true authentic self, and it could have been the circumstance of him being unconsciously aware of the cocky nature he was presenting. One complaint I have is about the store not having the fitting rooms open yet. Almost all other stores have had their fitting rooms open for weeks, and people are literally walking maskless many places. I think people should be given a choice to use the fitting rooms at this point in time considering all the vaccinations and businesses being back full capacity, while the store can still sanitize fitting rooms if they are concerned, like many...
