Lindsey botched my face twice in a row and I lost a significant amount of work opportunities as a model because my smile was crooked for months. I have been getting masseter botox for about a decade from a variety of providers/medspas without any issue, but somehow after my SkinSpirit visit, one of the injections on the right side of my face leaked into one of my smiling muscles and ruined my smile during a very lucrative season of work for me, which I had to miss out on because I couldn't photograph or network in that condition. Not to mention during holiday season where we are all going out, meeting with family and friends, etc. it was super embarassing. I also requested botox for nasal flare (another procedure I've had done for years with other providers/medspas) - I specifically told her my nostrils spread across my face when I smile and I want to reduce that. She first injected my bunny line area, which I did not request nor need done, nor did it even get rid of my bunny lines after the botox kicked in as I could still scrunch up my nose with visible wrinkling. I went back in for her to inject another site, right into my nostrils, and it just ended up making my nostrils square off (literally square shaped nostril holes instead of round) if you were to look up my nose from underneath, which I still have to this day. My nose still completely spread across my face when I smiled. She assured me that she knew exactly what she was doing during my appointments, and I trusted that because I trusted SkinSpirit as a company to have well-experienced injectors on staff. I also got Daxxify under my eyes for jelly rolls, or at least I thought - but I honestly think she injected Botox there because it only lasted about 2 months until my jelly rolls started showing again. Daxx is supposed to last at least 6. They ended up refunding me completely which I appreciate, because I was so botched and dissatisfied. I also appreciate their understanding and kindness throughout all my communications with them, even though I had an awful experience with my results. I won't trust another SkinSpirit location again unfortunately, which is...
Read moreUnprofessional staff . I called fixed an appointment and walked in. I was lost in the mall where the clinic is located but the receptionist said I am sorry I canât help you . This was the most bizarre explanation I have ever heard . Wonât anyone know where is there own clinic located and help a customer visiting them for the first time . I was using google map but it wasnât helping as it led me through the garage and network was an issue too . I finally found someone who works at the mall Who was so helpful and escorted me to the place . Good people do exist . I should have not had any experience since this was My experience before I reached yet I was optimistic . They made me wait for over 15 Mins and a lady escorted me into a room and she wasnât looking happy to receive me . I gathered something was not ok . And my feeling was just right as she said they donât have a laser machine that will cater my skin tone and they only cater to white/fair skin . She was nice to give me reference to another doctor in the Bellevue area . My questions . If they didnât cater to a dark skin audience then why didnât they check My skin colour when I called . Isnât that simple than making someone travel from downtown to Bellevue at 9 am to refuse them point blank Secondly why make someone wait when your answer is I canât help ? I gather they were wondering how to send me off . Yet isnât faster than later? Why make me wait ? Why have a receptionist who doesnât know where her clinic is located ? Ok let me give a benefit of doubt shear be new and knows nothing but when I walked in there were many colleagues around her , if I were her I would have asked someone to help . In short itâs a very callous attitude the staff have , I am unsure of the treatment or anything and I am glad I am not associated with a place which doesnât respect me or my time. Skin colour is the last thing how about respect ? If you are Asian or a woman or man of colour please donât go there . Even if you want to please call and ask specifically what if they have machine for the dark...
Read moreI have been going to Dr. G, George Baxter-Holder, for the last couple of years, after moving to the Seattle WA area. I am experienced with injectables, although, I am very particular about who I trust to do any work on my body. I HATE looking like I have work done, I prefer to look great for my age, where my aging is softened. I scoured over many reviews before setting an appointment with Dr. G. Upon meeting Dr. G he immediately made me feel comfortable. He listened to my concerns, asked more questions to get clarity and never once made me feel I was obligated to exercise any of his suggestions. Being that I am very cautious I started with Botox to get to know Dr. G and ultimately to gauge his skill. I was so impressed with his skill and the outcome of the procedure, that it didnât take me long to do a little lip, soften up those lines in the chin, fill in the marionette lines. One particular challenge that I faced before meeting Dr. G was scar tissue under the corners of my mouth that caused shadowing (from a previous procedure where I had an allergic reaction). Dr G knew this bothered me, the next time I was in the office he made a suggestion that could fix the problem that, I took him up on. After the procedure all the shadowing was magically gone and has not returned since! I truly thought that this shadowing was my permanent reality! To date I have had Botox, Juvederm, Ultherapy, Sculptra, and IPL treatments and couldnât be happier with the results! Thanks to Dr. G I look MORE THAN GREAT for my age! The staff is always warm and welcoming, even patiently helping with my Brilliant Distinctions Rewards account that always gives me trouble lol. Excellent service and...
