I do enjoy shopping and visiting the Bellevue Square Victoriaâs Secret store especially when you receive kind and respectful customer service from the people oriented employees who care about the guest having a good, fun and pleasant time. Always love receiving the email, app and postal mail discounts every month as an incentive to be loyal Victoriaâs Secrets guest. I worry a lot about the people who work there that arenât people oriented and just in it for a paycheck, as they need to look elsewhere for work where you donât have to interact with people, as from experience as a guest the not so nice VS associates show unfair favoritism and bias towards guest like me who feel donât deserve a phenomenal shopping experience and I totally feel this location has weird and unacceptable issues with racial profiling and ageism that havenât been addressed since the era of George Floyd, Black Lives Matter and the COVID-19 pandemic and every time I visit this location you never know whoâs gonna greet ya and what kind of customer service experience youâll end up with. I honestly feel the issue is with the management who care more about a certain image that doesnât align with the actual Limited Brands and Victoriaâs Secret company values. It was very deeply hurtful when one of the Caucasian managers didnât greet me at all and rudely said excuse me as she was oh happily helping out a older white blonde woman, which this manager I believe of Eastern European descent favors highly white and blonde people sadly and doesnât treat her employees well who donât meet her unattainable expectations, so her care about mental health awareness simply doesnât exist. That is why I am writing this review to bring awareness to this issue that most shoppers and some associates wouldnât notice. All is said that this Victoriaâs Secret location needs to be run every single day like a home sweet home with diversity and inclusion at all times not a standoffish show of favoritism and discrimination. The only time Iâll visit is during the semi annual sales and when I get the budget friendly coupon mailers. We were shopping there on the 26th of January, an associate offer to lookup our Victoriaâs Secret credit card for us because we didnât have it with us at the time. With my information she proceed to with an credit card application, even after I saw and told her âNO! STOP! I do not want to apply for another credit card!â repeatedly. The associate clicked the consent form, signed and filed the application while we were saying no to her. I should have ripped the iPad from her to stop her, my mistake. I asked for a manager, and was told by the manager she did that because I didnât have an account. I told the manager I do have it, and then she said it was because my account was closed for inactivity. I pulled up the account on my phone and showed it to her the account was in good standing. I was then told that shouldnât have happened, but the bank will not proceed with another application since I already have one. I had to repeatedly call the bank myself to make sure no application were going through, no store help were offered. The sales associate didnât even come back to say sorry or acknowledge any wrong doing.

   Read moreI dont know where these bad reviews came from, but I had an excellent experience. The staff working the closing shift on 5/3/23 were all exceptional! All 4 employees were amazing and made my shopping trip a great one. They went out of their way to be overly nice, and even though I was still trying to find something after closing, nobody had an attitude or tried to rush me even though they wouldâve had the right to try to get me out of there. What I love about Victoriaâs Secret is it feels like girls empowering each other while shopping for things that make them feel sexy/beautiful. Having a strong staff that provides that experience for a customer is so valuable. I genuinely had fun shopping and that is rare for me. Iâd also like to add that they were really great about mentioning discounts and were very accommodating. If they donât have what youâre looking for in store, you can have it delivered to your door in 4 days. So overall, I give them a 10/10.
