I have been with them since August 2018 and I rented the washing machine, and dryer with them. Once I was close to paying off those items they contacted me to rent more furnishings. I have NEVER BEEN LATE on any payment. They even thanked me for this and always was trying to get me to get more furniture through them. I got a bedroom set through them, and they delivered the wrong bedroom set. I caught this error and called them. They told me the one I had was less than the one I wanted so do I want to keep the one they delivered. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting the other one delivered. I fell on hard times because of fraud on my bank account, and I was sick. The "executive office" called me saying they are going to file a warrant for theft by conversion... they said they have no grace period and I need to return their property. I have never been treated this way by someone who wants me to rent furniture from them. For a customer who has been loyal and never missed a payment, it would seem like you would want to work with them to get back on track. This company does not care what so ever. I cannot believe they would not work something out especially since I had a payment plan to get back on track. They told me they will come pick the furniture up, and I can pay the past due plus current amount and they will come back out to deliver the furniture back out. It makes no sense they are spending more money to pick up the furniture than helping the customer by setting up payment arrangement with post dated check. I would not recommend this company!    Read moreI would not EVA IN LIFE rent anything from them again. First, at the beginning of my contract I paid for 2 beds. One of them was brand new and the other one was repossessed out of somebody BED BUG INFESTED HOME. I called them to tell them about the situation and the stated that they were coming to get both beds when only one was infested which did not make sense to me. Then when I talk to whoever, they said we will just start the contract over at a later date……HUH? That’s not how contracts work. I scheduled a pickup on a Saturday and NOBODY SHOWED UP! Never mind that I had other things to do. So when the two employees finally came, their manager or supervisor never told them that the bed was infested with Bed bugs. So we told them and just so happened one of their employees is SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO BED BUGS so they left both beds and left. So now Buddy’s is harassing me about a payment BUT HAS YET TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION OR A NEW CONTRACT SINCE THE CURRENT CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID DUE TO THE NASTY BED THAT GOT DELIVERED ON THEIR BEHALF. Then I receive a threatening text message outside of business hours stating that their is warrant out for my arrest and that I need to schedule pickup when I did before and the employees left and didn’t take anything because the company put them in harms way without telling them what the situation was in the first place.    Read moreAt this very moment, I’m going to have to rate this store 1 star. I’ve been a customer since May 2024 when my furniture and my Appliances arrived. I received the wrong furniture set, but I decided to keep it because it was nice. I originally wanted a sectional. One month in my washer machine stopped spinning and draining the water. I called the store on July 3. I made a payment and then I told them my current situation they sent to associates a few days later after me calling to remind them the associates came check the washing machine out and said I needed a new one and that they would replace the old one. it is now July 13 and I have reached out several times and no one has given me a answer or a solution. when I do get someone to answer the phone. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes this last time 13 minutes. I was told I’m sorry I’ve been busy all day hold for a second, but yet they want a payment? I dont mind paying for services that I am getting, but I do mind paying for services that I am not getting. It’s only fair.
