If I could give 0 stars I would. I will start out by stating that this was for my friends wedding and I was a groomsmen and not the groom. That being said because of the process and interactions I saw I will not be using this store for my wedding in October. It took them 3 hours to measure and size 6 of us initially. After that when the suits came in every one of the pants except for one were an inch to 1 1/2 inches too short on the groomsmen and they needed to be altered. When the groom told them this and asked to have all let out an inch they told him no and he didn’t know what he was talking about. They argued with him and for the two members that were not in town they had to have very very last minute alterations to not have high water pants before the wedding. When I went in to try my suit on the gentlemen working the counter had curly hair with the sides of his head cut shorter and a hoop earring. He was so rude and unprofessional after I told him my name and the group it was for. I later found out this was who was arguing with the groom and told him he didn’t know what he was talking about. This gentlemen walked away from me as I tried on my suit and told him the pants were too short and I needed them altered. He rolled his eyes and disappeared off the show room. I had to go get another person from the counter. This lady had lost her voice from being sick, this lady was very kind, helpful and nice. She looked at me and said “Oh those are too short let’s mark them and get them fixed for you”. She also had the jacket pressed for me since it was super wrinkly and had hard lines all over the place. She took my suit to have it altered and pressed and it wasn’t until I had walked out of the store on a call and back in that the employee with curly hair had re appeared. Obviously after he thought I left. He continued to look at me and roll his eyes and smirk as he was talking to his co workers. And lastly the groom picked up his suit and the one detail he changed was he ordered a black shirt and the rest of us were in white. They ordered him a white shirt and that is what came in. When he told them it was supposed to be black they said yes he was right and grabbed a random black shirt of the back wall and said this should fit. The arms were way too short for him but he had to make this work for his wedding. All in all very disappointed by this situation and service and will not be using them for my wedding. The only saving grace was how kind the lady was that helped me and got the suit...
Read moreI’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this store. I purchased two suites (one full price and the other half off) in late July and it’s now September! I called once to followup on August and the reply I received was that if my other suite came in, I’d get a call when it was in, thus far, nothing. I am tempted to file with BBB and possibly fraud alert with my credit card.
Update: somehow Men’s Warehouse had my order all along, but it was filed under the wrong name with the right phone number for almost a month! Zero attempt on the part of the store was made to contact me and I am even more unhappy with the lack of service. As an example, I called in and the store lost my call, so I walked in. After much explanation something was wrong in their system, zero attempt was made to retain me as a customer. Though I had a separate sales associate ask if there was anything else they could to to make this right, I state no and I would be going to a custom tailor I know in Corvallis. I am beyond angry about this and unless I stood up for my rights, I would never had this resolved. Most disappointed in this store, the lack of followup by staff and the absolute lack of management oversight. Had I been the franchise owner I would be embarrassed, FIRE everyone in the store and start over. Clearly, customer care and customer service is NOT part of...
Read moreOn short notice I needed a sports coat for a job interview for this coming week. I felt like I got the classic Bend cold greeting and pretentiousness. I really miss Robert's on Wall Street. Completely understand you were busy with other customers. It is really not a problem, but you can guide the customer to help themselves or offer an estimated time that you may free up and then we could return later. We could have had drinks and an early dinner close by. Instead we just took the initiative to find the right sports coat ourselves. It's not complicated, sizes are in ascending order and tags are on the left sleeve. It's a shame to see what George Zimmer built become a mediocre men's clothing store. Staff seemed little overwhelmed. I was polite and respectful. Kudos to them for showing up. I would suggest a better way to handle your customers when it is busy. There was a group of 4 customers (so like 4 groups of 2 or 8 total people). It looked like wedding parties, so understandably it is a lengthy process. It is really doubtful that I would return to spend $219.99 on a sports coat, but I'm lazy and a glutton for punishment with very few...
