Diva Creations — Local services in Bensalem Township

I have been going to this establishment for the past few years. The aunty who tailors blouses is very talented and does a great job, however her interaction with customers is completely unprofessional. I have gone to her on occasions where she has commented on mine or others' body shape when taking measurements for blouses (in a negative way). Everytime I need a blouse tailored, she continuously asks me to 'remind' her. Even with all the reminding, very often the blouse is never done on time. Luckily I call before I go to save myself a trip of not getting my blouse. Today will be my last interaction at this establishment. I was supposed to get a blouse 4 weeks ago. Everytime I called, it wasn't ready. I finally went in today, there were things missing that I had asked for and the blouse didn't fit. To sum up my experience, she spoke about me in gujurati to her friends (or maybe clients), and had me wait over 15-20 minutes. Needless to say, I am done going to a place where the owner is rude and has no filter when speaking with her customers. It also feels as though the customer is always wrong. This is my personal experience, and this has mirrored many of my friends experience who have went there to get things tailored, and as a result they have stopped going there. Needless to say this will be y last time going...

I would give zero Stars if I could. Came to Diva Creations for a wedding outfit with not all the usual trappings. In June I told her the wedding was August 19th and she said no problems it would just take a couple of weeks and at worst case scenario I would have it like the first week of August. Started texting her beginning of August asking for an ETA on the outfit no response. August 12th I'm panicking because I haven't really heard from her. Finally get her on the phone and she tells me oh your outfit will ship on Tuesday and from India. I was so angry because if it shipped on Tuesday it would never make it for my wedding on August 19th. She tells me oh I'll let you know tomorrow if it'll be here on time. Morning of August 14th I get a text from her oh your outfit will not make it and you'll have to figure something out. Mind you I stopped by a couple of times in July when the outfit was supposed to be ordered so here I am August 14th no wedding outfit 5 days before the wedding trying to figure out what to do. I will never ever go to this woman again and I do not recommend anybody else go...
