Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I am very upset. I called to order 64 wings, a large pizza, 8 sauces, and 15 breadsticks. There was something wrong with everything in this order. The wings were BONE DRY, the pizza was also bone dry, the marinara sauce was basically ketchup mixed with 80% water, and the sauces never came in the order. We ordered three different flavored wings, and when we called to ask why there was no sauce or flavor on them, we were told they only add one scoop of sauce per 8 wings. This is absolutely absurd!! We spent $120, and we had dry food with no sauce. When we called to ask for someone to drive out the sauce or for a refund we were told they will not drive the sauce out because that would be under the $15 minimum……even though we just spent $120 on our original order. There was no solution and no real accommodation, for a place as big as Pizza Hut, I’d expect a lot more. I will never be ordering from this...

I ordered 4 medium 1 topping pizzas online to pick up in the store. The pizzas with my name for my order were sitting out on the counter the entire time the representative was with other customers; they then put my order in the warmers in front of me when it was my turn! After this, I was given the pizzas that were just placed in the warmer; only one pizza was correct! I was given 3 pizzas with 3 toppings on each, which I could smell the onions, peppers and olives as soon as I placed the food in my car. I immediately.took it back and had to wait (with no one in the restaurant) to have another representative look at all the pizzas to ensure they were incorrect, verifying it with the receipt. Following this, the representative walked around to find my correct pizzas, which he gave to me and offered nothing for the mistake! None of the pizzas were made with the correct crust!! The pizzas were overcooked and had burnt edges!!

I just order dinner at this pizza hut online makes it easier for me talking on the phone gives me anxiety for some reason I hate making phone calls but online i messed it all up meant for delivery an hit carry out usually I'd just go get it to avoid having to try n explain and change it but tonight I have no car with me so I dreaded having to call and explain my situation but I called and spoke to worker named Keith he was on the phone with me for a few minutes and I went on an on tellin him all this n that what i did n shoulda done n he was calm and understanding and more than willing to help fix the issue he made sure everything went through and switched me over for delivery he made it a lot easier than I did that's for sure lmaybe this isnt a big deal to some but keith if u see thos i appreciated man it was a huge help got everything squared away did a good job...
