Redner's Warehouse Markets — Local services in Bensalem Township

I'm extremely upset. I live closer to the Langhorne/Levittown Redners & usually shop there for the Turkey Hill - Graham Slam Ice Cream. However, that location has been out of stock for the last few days. I decided to call this Bensalem location to ask if they had this particular flavor IN STOCK. I called and first was transferred to the general operator at the store. The first lady answered, I asked if they had it in stock, she placed me on hold for a while. Then another lady answers, I ask my question again, and she transfers me over to the freezer dept (I'm guessing). So now I'm talking to the 3rd person.. this time it's a guy. So for the 3rd time, I'm asking if this flavor is stocked and available. He immediately answers that they do, in fact have this flavor stocked and on the shelf. Perfect! I'm pregnant and have been craving this flavor for days! So I explain to this guy that I am pregnant, and do not live too close to the store. So I asked again, if he was sure they had this currently in stock. He reassured me that they do. So I pack up my toddler and drive about 30 minutes for this ice cream flavor that was supposed to be stocked. I get to the store, and do not see it in the ice cream aisle with the other Turkey Hill flavors. I'm thinking maybe it's on an endcap, so I'm looking everywhere in frozen. Still don't see it. I finally see a guy wheeling out frozen foods. I stopped him, and explained that I had called this store just 30 minutes ago and spoke with someone in tubby dept that told me they had Graham Slam stocked, so I asked him where it was, thinking I was just missing it. He walks me over to the ice cream aisle and points in this empty spot and says "Oh, it used to be right here." I told them that I just called and someone told me they had a full stock. So how could they be out that quick? Now I know why the guy who answered my call was so quick to say they had it fully stocked. He was just too lazy to get up and visually check to make sure it was still in stock. He knew it was supposed to be there but couldn't stop what he was doing to make sure it was still there, even after I explained I lived a good distance from the store and was pregnant. I wasted over an hour of my day, wasted my gas, and left very pissed off. Oh, and the store looked old and disorganized, to say the least. The Redner's store in Langhorne is...

My experience with Redner's for the 2025 year has been exceptionally well. The stores very well stocked and I really like the dog, vegetable& fruit produce as well as the freezer and dairy section. I look forward to coming back in the future. 💙💚🐦🌻🌻🌻🌲

Ice up there the meat is fresh and you could get four different kinds of meat for $20 and the olive oil that I get there it's a big bottle for $3 and I like it and people that work there are very nice and helpful in the help you carry your stuff to your car and they open the door for you when they know that you are not capable to do it when I went there the last time one of the guys asked me what was wrong with me and I said that I felt in the store and he said if I need anything or water to take to the the frontier help me or to get anything in the aisles he said he will help me and I asked one of the workers there to get me water and they put it in my shopping cart and they said God I've been working there for a long time he's very helpful and the people and the dairy I was getting my cakes there and they're very good and the deli meat is fresh and I get my almond milk there when it's all my milk I like it and I like the vegetables and they have Spanish products they...
