After hours of searching for a 3 4x6 photo picture frame online, I said a prayer “literally”, and a thought crossed my mind, so I called, and Melissa, the store supervisor was the answer to my prayer.

She found, by accident, the perfect from to hold pictures of me and my soon to be 2 year old granddaughter who lives in CA. I’ve never shopped at this Hallmark before, this is a definite addition to my map APP, under favorite stores to do my shopping… this is the store to go to if you need any “special individual item for someone who have a special meaning in your heart!”

Both Melissa and Lauren gave me exceptional customer service. They gave me an unexpected discount when I was waiting for the bill. I had ventured around, warning wear blinders before you come in or you will definitely leave with so many gifts you never expected to find at this store, while

I was waiting for my items to be rung up placed in a bag, but, instead “Would you like any of your items to be gift wrapped for “FREE”, we can put them in decorative wrapping paper according to how you choose, again if you’d like them gift wrapped for free when can do this, you just need to wait a minute or two.”

Yes, I paid a bit more at the end, but the exceptional customer service, and the vast items I found I never have seen in other more conglomerate stores were far worth the added cost. My family is far more worth the expense… besides, why else put a little extra aside for the people who mean so much to me… remember this store when you are having difficulty in buying that special gift for the special people in your heart...

Great selection of Tyler Candle Company and Swan Creek Candle Company. I didn't see as many Vera Bradley items compared to the Debbie's Hallmark in Bryant next to Goodwill. The prices aren't great though, even their clearance items were a bit high for what they were, example being a small single wick candle with lint on the wax was $15. Really kind employees though who made me feel...

The staff was great. I asked for a special wrapping of gifts. They did a best job ever. I was also in my first tornado warning and the staff took everyone in the back and explained everything they could until it was over. I would go to this store again. Thanks...
