What happened?? I have not visited this establishment in a while and was more than surprised to see it in the condition we found it in. First, the staff was most attentive and extremely courteous. Food was fine, (though prices at taco bell are becoming a little too high for the portion size received). Soda and condiment bar were well stocked, no issues there. The problem was the overall cleanliness. This store needs to be closed for a few days and completely cleaned. Floors need to power washed. The restrooms are a disaster. It looks like the only cleaning is a quick run of a mop. The hand drivers are from 1902 and are just short of worthless. The windows in the dining room are so bad there is actually a film of haze on them making it difficult to see out of. In fact, people are drawing on them. We arrived for an early lunch. Tables were covered with food as was the floor. Nobody was cleaning tables. I highly doubt they were cleaned the night before. Do you need a customer to tell you how bad things are? And please donāt play the game, āwe canāt afford itā. Your menu prices along with the business we witnessed donāt offer any excuse not clean up your act. Equally ridiculous was the fact you had NO HEAT on in the store. Is this so people donāt eat inside? We all had to wear our winter coats. Let me make it clear, the next time we spend that much money for food and are that cold will the last the time we dine there. This was once a beautiful, clean store. Upon arriving at the window, we saw that they were making the Baja blast as the regular drinks, however, we wanted the frozen versions so we kindly let them know to ensure we were getting the correct order. At the time, I didnāt know that the woman helping us was the manager. When we let her know that we were trying to order the frozen drinks, she was extremely rude, very nasty, and had a lot of attitude⦠Just to let us know that in the future, if we decide to order them, that we need to know and understand that if we want to have the frozen Baja blast that it canāt be the regular size. When I was trying to explain to her that thereās no way that we could have known that, she started walking away and throwing all of the drinks out that she had made in the trashcan as if she owned the drinks herself. A young man then came to the window to help us complete our order. I asked was the manager there, and he said āthat is my manager.ā He was very kind and polite. The inside cash register is less than 10 feet from the drive thru register. Not sure why, but in anyevent it wasnāt an option because itās a single lane drive thru and would of had to wait for all the cars ahead of me could clear before I would be able to go in an order. Then when I ordered what I could with the cash I had on hand it was cold under cooked rubbery, the staff was horrifically rude in drive thru after every item theyād ask rudely are you done, is that it, I ordered one kids wrap so far no, Iām not done!!!
