Five Below — Local services in Berlin Township

I had recently gone here to go buy some things with my friend. As we were there he accidentally bumped into a shelf and knocked over two glass tumblers and broke them. The employee got there and he apologized profusely he did not mean it and we told her that we were gonna pay for anything he broke of course. But what made me mad about my visit here is that the manager came over and told us that we have to leave now and we can’t buy anything and she was very rude and I completely understand s that she was mad because he broke the glass but like I said we were very sorry we apologized many times and we were gonna pay for and we even told the employee that we would clean it up and she just ignored us. then the manager told us that he did it on purpose and you guys need to leave. I had said do you still want us to pay for it and she said with an attitude I will have to look at the cameras to see how many you broke and we were like okay and as she was walking away her and the other employee were talking about how we didn’t move out of the way and just saying stuff about us. Anyway I am just very upset with how this was handled as we apologized many many times and were willing to pay for it but the manager had come to the conclusion soon as she saw us that we did on purpose and assumed we weren’t gonna pay for it and the way she came at us was just honestly very unprofessional in my opinion and there was no reason to come at us like that. I have a wonderful experience to share about route 73 in Berlin New Jersey…. Upon shopping in the store, which was very neat, and everyone was very friendly. I came up to pay my bill of which I had some difficulty with the computer….. The computer was not letting me go through An easy process of checking me out….. A young lady named Jasley Who was very professional and came over to me and asked if everything was OK… I said I was struggling with adding a gift card and can she help me go through this The computer put me in a position where I couldn’t go backwards… She was very professional and courteous And asked me if there was anything else that I needed …. I said no, and she politely checked me out, and was very nice about everything…. After Owning three businesses… In this town, I couldn’t ask for a better experience I could not imagine anyone getting service anywhere. It was a pleasure to shop here being my first time...

Pool noodles are located outside of the store. I went in to purchase 20 noodles. The carts do not fit the pool noodles inside. As I brung the large quantity of pool noodles back through the heavy doors into the store short hair female supervisor came and watched closely as I struggled to carry the pool noodles as they dropped on the ground, (as anyone could imagine how difficult it is to handle 56" pool noodles). I ended up only purchasing 12 and I should have not purchased any definitely considering returning to store for refund. Customer assistance is paramount for in store...
